I'm sure someone told me something about a similar situation a while ago, but I can't remember how they got around it (memory used to be so good:mad:). We have just experienced the biggest surprise of the year, one of my cats, treacle has just given birth on the stairs, we had no idea she was pregnant, being a long haired cat we thought she was just bushy. I'm now the proud granny to two beautiful (if a little vole looking) kittens. Both mother and babies are fine. The children are so excited, we woke them after the first one was born, so we were all there huddled on the stairs when the second one arrived.

This year has certainly been very eventful so far, but at least this is very welcome news.

awwwww that's brilliant news, washer:T. Kittens are just soooo cute, hope mum is OK too.
