Like the troll game, Nargle, we'll definitely be playing that at nicca's birthday bash.

Tixy - I'll bring a bottle or two of bubbly to your kitchen warming party - is that OK? Hope the oven turns up this week. Think washer's OH had his appointment last/this week (can't remember the date but know it's around now), that's probably why she hasn't been around recently. Saw Horace on Sunday, I think..

nicca - your washing's probably damp - dew falling out of the sky (mixed with some volcanic ash probably) - hope it's OK.

(OK, being lazy, that's a link to a post I've already typed... but I have some photographs still to upload :A)

Niddy - Bath Street also has some good bars on it and is close to you. Most of them are basement bars so have a bit of outdoor seating downstairs at the front. Moskito http://www.moskitoglasgow.com/ has a great outdoor bit for smokers at the back. It's a good pub if your feeling rich and can grab a seat to sit back and people watch but a bit of a nightmare for a jeans and vest top with a bottle of beer girl like me (I can't do the perfectly groomed look - and it's even worse when I try to :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) That makes it sound awful - it's good before it gets totally mobbed on a Friday and Saturday night! But Bath Street can be a nightmare - as it's smack bang in the city centre and the place to be, you do have the snooty "and where have you been tonight?/How much have you had to drink?/Where are you planning on going?" bouncer questions while they weigh up if the can be *ssed ruining your night just for a perverse laugh.

Oh dear... never one to resist a challenge... OK, I'm not working Friday pm this week, I'll spend the time sorting out what I need to get rid of - how about that - and report back with how many items I've sorted out. Is that OK? Will that do for a start?

I then have to spend Saturday trying to load the camera software on the new PC, but that's another part of the challenge...

Tixy - are you going to join in as well?
