  • Hi kel

Had a fairly decent amount of sleep today, woke up at 1 but forced myself back to sleep, which got me another hour. So I forced myself back again and finally got up at 3. Looks like I missed a nice day though :(

The system seems a bit better tonight, maybe now we sort of know what we're doing with it:rotfl:

Thought I was going to have my target nsd today but had to pop to the shop for milk & grab a pizza for breakfast/tea, they had 2 bottles of mars drinks for £1 so I was umming and arring about getting them but realised I only had enough on my to the penny for the pizza & milk. OH said he'd get the drinks cos he had some money on him, he says pulling loads of £ coins & a fiver out of his pocket... After he'd said to me you can get these you've just been paid  <- more angry that I lost out on a nsd rather me having to pay:o

    I WILL reach it tomorrow!!!

On the plus side I don't have any change to put in the vending maching when I get some cravings for chocolate at stupid o' clock tonight.

I listed something on ebay on Sunday night and have had 2 questions asking if I'll post to Spain/Portugal. I don't want to, that's why the auction won't let you bid smiley-rolleyes010.gif
But then part of me thinks, what if I'd get loads more if I didsmiley-rolleyes006.gif

Hope everyone had a good day today

    xx

    Hey Moose,

How you diddling today? Hope you manage a sleep after your night shift. OH works shifts and know how it can really play with your body clock, not to mention diet! Good luck in loosing the lbs - i'm aiming for 10st by end of May so hopefully we can buddy each other through. Trying hard not to weigh myself every day....leaving it until the weekend this week - i'm a hopless case sometimes :rotfl:

  • I was right in the middle of a big message and I clicked back:mad:

I got my target NSD today :j

Did Wii Fit when I got up, I hadn't done it for 68 days :o I weighed in at just under 11.5 stone, which is about 1.5 heavier than is ideal for my weight. When it asked me for a target I said 7lbs in one month, baby steps is the way to go me thinks.
All the extra weight must be sitting on my tummy & hips (*wishes it was on my boobs:rotfl:*) so need to focus on exercises to trim those up.

Me & OH had a strop tonight *rolls eyes* as soon as he walked through the door he was moaning, which he also was doing this morning, and last night and probably yesterday morning. I jokingly told him to stop whinging, which didn't go down well, so he didn't eat his tea or talk to me(30 or 3 years old??) til I left for work when he apologised for being an a**e. He thinks he's stubborn but I can keep quiet far longer than him:p

Bit of sad news when I got into work, someone I used to work with passed away this morning :( He wasn't that old either :(

Hi AM, sounds like we're a very similar size - I weighed in at 11st 5.5 last Monday :o How do you rate the Wii fit? I'm thinking of asking for one for my birthday but I'm worried I'll use it for a month then it'll gather dust for years till I Ebay it :D

:jYay to meeting your NSD targets :j I'm not even sure i'm going to be able to meet mine....is there enough days left??:rotfl:

Think yesterday must have been an OH whinge day as mine was the same....perhaps something in the air! Can't be doing with strops - although like you i'm much better at the silent treatment than he is, he just doesn't realise it. Sometimes it's good to let them 'think' they are, better for their male ego :p

Sorry to hear about your sad news, hope you are ok.

Right back to work for me, all I seem to be doing of late

    Take care x

  • Found out he was only 53 which is only a year older than my Dad :(

Well tonight is my last shift until Thurs night :j These 4 have gone quite quickly but I'm working with a friend so that helps (and coming on here & watching DVDs when it's quieter:shhh: )

OH took my car today instead of swapping them over on the drive, came home and said it's making a funny noise  So I'll have to go to the garage on Monday and see if they can take a look. Bluddy car does it not appreciate how much I've spent on it this month already!!

    Hope everyone else is ok

    woohoo on the last shift!

:( 53 is such a young age! I am very lucky i haven't ever lost anyone close to me. But lately looking at my Grandad who is 72 it scares the hell out of me that the likelihood is that i will only spend another 10 or so xmases with him!!! I know 10 years is still a long time but i don't think it is long enough!

Booo to the Car!!! It is so annoying that you can have a really good month saving wise and car problems can suddenly wipe out all that hard work!! Pain in the bum!!
