Morning Moose!
Your hot choc accident sounds just like something I would do, always when there is paperwork lying about! Thankfully my work is more or less paperless now so don't have that problem so much!
Yay to the £2 coin, they add up quickly don't they.
Have yourself a good day0 -

I was thinking of doing it too, but I need to get one of those money tins that you have to use a tin opener on, as I know I (or DH!) would dip into it if we needed change!!
Hope you have a good meal tonight Moose, always goes down better if someone else is paying!!0 -
We have car tax to pay for this month and then i am going to start saving post office stamps for the next one!
What a fantastic idea, I never knew you could do this!! Thank's for the tip! xxI really need to join the £2 savings...i'm feeling left out!!!

Major panic today, I paid for something on paypal on Monday & it defaults to my Lloyds account, I changed it cos I didn't have enough to cover it but it must have gone back. I checked online banking today & I'd gone into an unathourised OD. Pratically ran out of the office, to go to the bank which didn't open til 10 so had 30 mins to kill. When I went in I paid some money into and they said because I'd done that before 3.30pm I wouldn't have any fees to pay *phew*
I did get a £2 coin in my change when I was killing time though.
I can't wait for my meal, I'm blimming hungry now.

to the panic! I hate it when things like that happen! Glad you got it sorted on time! This shows how important it is to keep checking your finances. I used to go a couple of weeks without even checking my bank!
Glad i could share the wisdom of the saving stamps! I will let my mum know she has helped a few people without even knowing it when i see her tomorrow!Orange Fairy

I'm with Lloyds as well and religiously check online as I know that if I do ever go overdrawn for some reason, I can pay money in before 3.30pm without getting charged. They haven't always done this though, used to be quite hit and miss. I remember when I was at uni I got charged £30 for going £1.10 overdrawn, was so mad!!
Hope you have a good evening0 -
Morning

Yummy indeed!! I'm living my food through others enjoyment at the moment as trying to be super good so thank you
Fingers crossed on your nsd - have a good one Moose! x0 -
I need to lose some (need to weigh myself to find out how much) before a wedding in May so have 5 weeks to do it in, so last night was a bit of a treat
Just logged onto Lloyds and found out about "save the change" which is basically a scheme I could sign up for where when I use my debit card it will round it up to the nearest£ and transfer the rest into my Savings. I've signed up for it, think it will be a good way of saving because I won't really notice itLooks like it's easy to cancel too if I don't like it.
It's looking good for a nsd, really fancy a bag of crisps but I will resist:rotfl:
Hope you're having a good day choc, going to take a peek at your diary and catch up on some others.
