Ooh a lovely bike ride in the sunshine, very jealous :p

Enjoy having the hair done, mine is overdue but just can't bring myself to part with the money to have it done :o x
• I didn't make it out on my bike yesterday :(
I pay £8 for a trim, I think I must have had a mini lbm last year as I was going to a different salon and paying £50-60 for a cut & colour so I decided I was just going to have a trim.

I went to the garage before my hair cut and he couldn’t find anything wrong with it :D (other than stuff we already know about but it still goes so can wait lol)

Well I weighed in at 11 stone 8 ½ lbs:eek: Mind you I did set about eating as much choc as I could before I got weighed:o
Day 1 today & I didn't realise how small 30g of cereal is :eek:and 1 cup of coffee is ½ a point - so I have 16 ½ points left for today, better figure out what to eat.

The sun is coming out, so I might try and get out on my bike today instead.

I don’t really have much else planned, I should maybe buy my road tax but I can’t bring myself to spend that much in one go.
Have a good day everyone :D

Hey,

30g of cereal is small isn't it I was the same as you when I started looking at portion sizes  Good luck on the dieting though, i'm sure you'll do just fine and knowing you are going to be weighed again will hopefully keep you on track. Def go for the bike ride, will burn those calories and be enjoyable :)

The sun has just started to come out now here but i'm stuck indoors until at least 6pm :( Might try and persuade OH to go for a nice walk later though.

Have a nice day xx

• Kel I normally have an almost full bowl so it was a bit of a shock:rotfl:

I went out for 40minutes on my bike around the nature reserves, which was nice but loads of flies and the wind seemed to against me whichever way I went??!
My bike is a product of when I didn't think about buying things it cost nearly £500 and the main reason for buying it was because it was pink:o would have been fine if I'd have saved for it instead of using my overdraft:o

Just had 2 survey emails and I didn't qualify for either, I'm secretly pleases cos I can't really be bothered :rotfl:

Might have a wander down to the freezer shop in a bit to see what WW stuff they have cheap.

xx

:rotfl::rotfl: I thought it was just me! Though I am aslo trying to get one of them to £30 in time for my birthday, as a pressie to myself, so I'm simultaneously pleased and annoyed when I'm kicked out of them!

Glad I'm not the only one with the surveys!

Anonymoose, my friends find WW really good and manage to stick to it quite well. (I find all the point counting etc a nightmare though). 30g is tiny for cereal I'm sure I must eat twice that at least.

I have a house of things that I bought in the spend free days, just because of the colour etc. Now I'm getting into MSE and sorting myself out I actually quite like being strict about handing my hard earned money over. (or should I word that as I'm becoming a right stingy mare now!):)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x

Agreed! I find now that I am watching the pennies I become less willing to hand any money over - OH laughs at me :rotfl:
