10.30 was my cut-off. I'm off to have a relaxing hour or two getting ready, then we're off out for lunch with said relatives. They're coming back here for tea and birthday cake (DS was 1 year old earlier this week). Then they're hopefully bu**ering off...I love them, but I don't want to be ushering them out the door at 7.30pm...

    Have a great day all
    Take care

It's a beautiful day and I've got washing out on the line, drying well.

Everything prepared for a roast dinner a bit later. Not much else going on. I've read the thread but not really retained anything. Welcome back Toots.

    Still flying at BF's house

    Dishes done
    Recycling in relevant bins
First load of washing out of machine
    Second load in the WM
    Cup of tea made

First load on line, but then I was stranded in the garden as the line snapped just as I hung the last pillowcase. BF painting in front bedroom so didn't hear the shouts (think the neighbours heard the swear word that slipped out my mouth) so abandoned washing on path whilst I went to get him :rotfl:

Soappie, really glad you have found somewhere for your holiday and hope you manage to book it up OK. I always find it's nice to have something like that to look forward to and May isn't too far away is it.

Thank you each. Holiday now provisionally booked for a week from 7th May (we like living on the edge!). Cottage is on the prom of a small south Devon village 10 yards and you're on the beach. It's also next door to the pub which apparently does lovely local fish meals.

Mumof - glad Pip is on the mend.
Dusty - well done to your DS on the interviewing

Lovely day here today after an abysmal day weatherwise yesterday. I have been to Mr T and stocked up on more dog and cat food (had another £15 off a £90 spend!). One lot of washing is on the line and another about to go out. Hope it dries quickly.

I'm going to potter a bit flying wise and then spend the rest of the day writing - I've been neglecting it just recently.

    House looking much tidier.

Just started sorting my seeds out, going so sow a few which need doing now and then a couple of hours in the garden. I so want to get the back sorted and looking lovely and then the task of tacking the front.
