I have catch ups to post in a mo but this needs a post on its own

Sandy (((hugs))) honey I am so glad you off loaded onto the thread so we could give you a little support - GGGGRRRRRHHHHHHH at your DH for not taking time out to listen i hope you have sorted him out now - just tell him you need his support big style just now.
Its very good news that your cast is off - that must feel nice - and just keep trying to use the arm to build it up gradually.
awh honey my heart went out to you when i read about your feelings over the MRI - quite understandable - but it was lovely to see the power of the flyladies supporting you - I wish I had known and could have been with you too - although I doubt if there was much room - i would have been the one in the pj's with the tubes sticking out of various places!!
and you had better start working on your buddy list because from now on I expect you to have someone with you when you go for tests and important appointments - it is not a good idea to be going for tests alone - ok this time you just had a small siezure but if you had had someone with you you might not have had the siezure at all and its better that there is someone to make sure you get home safely - just imagine what might have happened if you had been on the way home when it happened:eek: so I am putting my foot down - make sure you have someone with you - is there an epilepsy support group around your area? And I know around here there is a volunteer group for accompanying people to hospital etc - might be worth asking the info desk at the hospital or your GP or the WRVS - and its not a weakness to ask for help before you start moaning at me - its being sensible!
In a strange way maybe your seizure was a good thing because they could do the scan with out any discomfort or stress to you and maybe it will have shown up something better on the scan - who knows.
As for them being extra nice to you afterwrds you have to stop being silly - yes they were extra nice but that was because of you having your siezure and their concern for your recovery NOTHING to do with what they saw on the scan - they are trained not to disclose anything my love - its not their job and they are not trained to interpret what they see -the neurologist does that - so PLease accept their kindness as just that - concern and kindness.
as for waiting for the results - you will cope and remember if the appointment comes through quickly its just as likely to be good news as bad - the neurologist will be just as anxious to tell you as you are to hear so dont go reading anymore into it yet. as the others have said WAIT until you know what you have to deal with angel - and believe me you will find a way to cope - we all have inner strength that we dont know about.

If tiredness and stress are big triggers on your siezures why not spend some time surfing things to help - relaxation techniques, deep breathing yoga, reiki etc The MS website has great stuff on fatigue which might give you some pointers and help you concentrate on something else for now.

I wish we could be there in person to help you through this but I know as LadyL has said also that just posting on here and the love and support of the flyers makes a huge difference. Pop in and tell us how good or bad you are - we are here to listen and offer advice allbeit not always sensible but we will do our best.

My thoughts and prayers are with you honey at this difficult time - you are already a strong person - you deal with your epilepsy and siezures - you can and will get through this I know.

    love and hugs

Big hugs to Sandy, Lady L, Toots, Pigpen and anyone suffering from the black dog.

Had an ok week until yesterday ( i even did some flying! Not enough for a star though), LO is back in hospital and has been seriously ill. Bit of a panic last night and spent the night in HDU, she is a little better today. Need to have an early night i think.

    Love and hugs.

Carol hi honey - hope you got your essays finished and BF is feeling better. xxxxxxx
wilf free listing days today and tomorrow on ebay - hope you are doing ok - sorry to read about your DD's troubles - you are amazing taking it all on your shoulders - I hope she will be able to help you a bit in the house
BenW Ruth huge hugs and my condolences for your loss honey- I am so sorry to read about your Mum and all the problems at the end - I know the others have said it better than me but just wanted to add my tuppence worth - she is at peace and pain free but will allways be with you in your heart - you and all your family are in my thoughts.xx
Vanilla well done getting your payment plans in hand - it takes away the stress a bit. That is brilliant that DH got into respite this past few days - it wasnt very long but hopefully it was enough to keep him together - well done to him for knowing it was needed - it take guts to admit you have a problem like that - and well done to you for coping so well - you really are an inspiration (((hugs)))
Hope your sister gets things sorted out with the rates people - the landlord sounds like a right sharp character!!!
helenhelen (((hugs))) for your embarrassing day with the car - thank goodness there are still some lovely people who are not afraid to help a stranger

cof cof cof splutter choke cof - with legs like yours ther is no way you could be considered innocent :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: yer having a larf!!!!!!
pigpen I cant believe DS2 is at it again - you really need to have that visit to the boys in blue I think. And what on earth is FW playing at ....9.45 thats appalling! If he cant have them home on time then maybe they should sleep there - I doubt if he would be too happy to have to get up in time to get them all to school.
Also good to see you are getting your benefits sorted out - not before time - that should make a difference
Oh goodness what a fright you had on thursday with DD1 and Tabitha - hope the LO has made a full recovery
hope your weekend goes ok - i know you were not looking forward to it so grit your teeth and try to not murder anyone.:p
sexy what a nightmare for your obs day - I think your colleague is being very unfair - hope you are feeling much better now - how many teaching days left? (not that you will be counting of course;)) and thanks :A
Triker is your household all over the lurgy now - hope you are feeling better honey
gotnodosh hope the new vol job went well and you are ejoying adult company again- well done to you:T
lemanie hope DS1 is on the mend and none the worse of his fall
Mumto5 sorry to hear about DS's school trip - can you speak to the school and arrange another suitably bad punishment instead?
Dusty:hello: good to see the fractures are mending - poor DS2 - but at least he will be all mended for the summer although I dont suppose thats much consolation to him just now
JillD (((hugs))) for you all - at least you now have the diagnosis for definate and can get moving on the support you need - I hope it all works out for you honey and we are always here to support you too. Once the forms have been comp[leted hopefully you will be able to step back and relax a bit.
Mudbath hello you mad thing - hope you are doing ok - huge cuddles for stripes - did your mobile appear:rotfl: I hope DS's head has healed ok - hugs and thoughts for your friend with osteoporosis - what a shock for her . And as for your friend with the dental bill - have you managed to pick her up off the floor yet? that is an horrendous bill:eek:
PenPen hope you are recovering from your nasty fall (((hugs)))
SS supergirl :hello: nice to see you - I will email you in case you are not still around xx
methekids I know this will sound very selfish but you have to think of yourself first - I know you are trying to be a lovely Mum and have a holiday to help DD but you have already decided that you need to cut your hours so I think you should stick with that first - IMHO you need to get DD some help first and then think about a break away - the holiday now might not help her and you would have thrown away the moeny whereas if she gets some help whetther its medication or talking to someone then ythe holiday will be more beneficial if she can enjoy it. does that make sense? its very worrying for you but remember you are Mum and they need you as well as possible to keep them all in line and comfort them and feed them etc etc so be a little selfish. (((hugs))))
FFP ooo err missus 3 broken things in one week - thats not fair! hope thats yer lot for a looooong while - hope the better weather is encouraging you outside - maybe its just as well we dont live closer or i would be round there dragging you out kicking and screaming!:rotfl::rotfl: oooooooooh thats a bit worrying about Princess Piper being in the peg brigade - scary behaviour but the rainbow will shine through :rotfl:
holly oouch! hope you're not hobbling now (((hugs)))
Natty :T:T:T WTG on the bedroom makeover and the new tv - thats brilliant - enjoy your new haven but its not an excuse to be ill though!!!:D pm coming shortly!!! xx thanks for being an angel:A
disdisbiff awh gentle (((hugs)))) for you - that is so painful - I hope it has improved by now
3tabbycats oooooooooooooooooh how lovely a new bathroom - hope it all goes to plan - it will be lovely to have you popping in more often too this week
AnW'sMum you are bad flylady - you never told me you were having problems with toxic friend - just as well I decided to read the thread after all - bad girl - naughty *smacks your hand* - i will deal with you later - in the meantime - have a squidgy (((hug))) hope you enjoyed the premiere
toochoosey nice to see DD has been good and helping while you were poorly - hope you feel better now and have enjoyed your weekend down the 'van
Mumof2 sorry you have had to have your meds increased but itrs far better then being miserable honey - it wont be for ever so just go with the flow and do what you are doing - baby steps - be very good to yourself and pleased with what you accomplish - its all positive and I know you will be back on track very soon (((hugs))) xxETA I am so sorry to read about Pip - I hope he will be ok - and I hope the insurance covers it. I personally dont think you are asking too much - I think once you have Pip back and things have calmed down you need to talk to OH and tell him how you felt/feel.
liloandstitch you need a huge (((hug)))for starters honey - you get yourself well enough to go to the doc or ask for a house-call but you see a doc - you need to get those AD's changed - although if you have only been on them a very short time it does take a few weeks to notice a diff but they maybe are not right for you - you need to tell the doc exactly what you wrote in your post as to how you feel pet - you can do this and dont you dare disappear - keep thinking how much you love your DH and your DS and what it would do to them and US!!!!! its just not allowed! you dont have to know how to sort it out thats your doctors problem - you just need to tell him and keep telling him xx
tiredanddesperate sorry but had to laugh at DS not being worried about ice-cream TV and no school - I think he has his priorities right!!! I hope the op goes well and he is no longer tongue tied - hope its not tooo sore for him (((hugs))) and healing vibes
greenbee hope you had a great weekend in Amsterdam and your Mum's paintings were enjoyed by all
carlsberggrannan awh shucks honey you are making me blush - I try my best but often think that all the other flyladies put things far better than I can - and I think you have all supported each other especially Sandy really well this week - you are all wonderful - how are you and the chrome bit?
LameWolf i really cant believe BD has any chance with you - you are so strict with them:rotfl: (((hugs))) honey I hope you are feeling brighter tonight - is this your equinox - hope you have had a great day.
    soappie wrote: »
You're so right Carlsb. I can do the stars but I can't do the other stuff. what a load of rot - you have a brilliant way with words and always know the right things to say:D

I'm feeling very frustrated. I'm trying to find somewhere for NN and I to go on holiday in a certain week. I'm having diddly squat luck. ~sigh~
could you maybe go somewhere you have already been and really enjoyed or does it really have to be somewhere new?

aj well done with the first 1000 words - how many more needed?
rosepink dont be spending all your time on knitting etc - its not good for your body or your mind - you need variety when you dont go out very much- I see you mentioned that you needed to do dishes - you really should try to make the flat all clean and tidy first in the day so that you feel happy about it - remember it was the flat being a mess that made your bad days worse so dont let it build up again. Good to see that you are letting MiL help you.
jinky I dont do Fb so i dont know whats happening with you honey - I will send you *strength* vibes if they will help and much love to help cope too xx (((hugs))))
Jassa hope you have had a lovely day :bdaycake:Happy Birthday xx
Kazw :rotfl::rotfl:love the postman story -sounds like me and mine!!
fedup WTG honey - I am glad you enjoyed your week considering how anxious you were before you went - thats brilliant - well done to you.
lil_me I am sure your presentation and talk will be excellent - good luck and try to enjoy yourself too. How is Dh feeling now about looking after the boys on his own?
serena - hope you enjoy your trip to York and your conference.
I have had a message from boddy to say her internet is down so she doesnt know when she will get back on-line.

I am sure i will have missed someone so please accept my apologies - there are loads not feeling well so i am sending healing (((hugs))) to you and yours and hope you are felling better very soon.

its good to be back - since the other 2 are both galavanting this eveing I will go and do a final catch up on stars for tonight and then to bed.

    catch you all tomorrow
    sleep well everyone
