Welcome home toots.
Another night owl here too. Just watched "The Mist" by Stephen King, and wish I hadn't. It had a terribly depressing ending!
I had a sleep this afternoon cos I was shattered, but I'm off to bed now.
Hope to hear from more people wanting to go to the Chichester meet in the Easter holidays.
Hugs to GnB and her LO.
We'll miss you Jinks. Hurry back soon.
Well I'd better get into my pjs now. OH is in the bathroom so can't clean my teeth until he's out of there.
Night night all,

Sexymouse - I hated the ending of The Mist too - for a Stephen King story it actually has a hopeful ending in the novella, no idea why they made the film so depressing.
With love, light and hugsDiva.x

Hi toots :hello: – lovely to have you back. It’s not the same without your beady eye and words of wisdom
G&B – hugs for you and LO and ‘get well’ vibes.
Jinky – you prob won’t see this, but hope all goes smoothly and you will soon be back on-line
Pigpen – glad to hear your weekend is going well
Mumof2 – hope you get good news about Pip this morning.
Pill taken – off to find some tea and toast.0 -
Morning all, it's a lovely sunny day here in Bristol so let's hope a better day is ahead of us.
I've just called the vets - Pip is fine and someone will call me with a time I can go and fetch her. The nurse I spoke to was lovely and said Pip's been sat with her watching everything going on and the nurse sang Take That songs to her; she's well used to being sung Take That to as I love them
DH didn't come home all last night as he stayed with the Explorers (it was an all night competition). Let's hope he doesn't just come home and collapse in bed cos he's so tired. He's meant to be ill with the viral flu and taking care of himself
Ishtar, looks like you've done a lot from your list, well done! Hope you have a lovely time with your visitors.
Sexymouse and Diva, you were brave staying up and seeing the Stephen King film. I'm a bit of a whus (sp?) and don't see scarey films. I remember when I was at college film club and they put on 'The Evil Dead' - I had no idea and think I had my eyes closed the whole time lol!
Lady Liberty, sorry you had a bad day yesterday. Let's hope you have a better day today too (((hugs))).
Mumto5, sounds like you've got a good MIL there - can I borrow her please? I can swap with my MIL who is a good knitter! I'm afraid I can't help with the hair pulling problem, but hope someone else can or you manage to find information on the internet; it's not something I'm aware of. Enjoy your lunch and hope DH isn't suffering from last night too much!
Pigpen, yay to non-stressful weekends. Funny that DD played up for KH when he put her coat on, bet you were sniggering quietly! Do you have any physio or anything for your back and hips? I suffer from a bad back occasionally and it is grim.
Jinky, sorry you won't have internet access - you will have to jump onto someone else's internet connection when you go and visit! We'll miss you.
Soappie, really glad you have found somewhere for your holiday and hope you manage to book it up OK. I always find it's nice to have something like that to look forward to and May isn't too far away is it.
GnB, hope that LO is recovering, awful when they're ill I know. Take care and big hugs (((((GnB))))) x
OK, off for cup of tea and kids are [STRIKE]squawking[/STRIKE] asking politely for their milk so better get my bum in gear!Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
Mornnig folks,
Toots~~ welcome back,:j now please take it easy for a few days.
I know it is only just 8am, but the ironing is done!! I couldn't sleep so got up and got on with it, the kitchen floor is also done, socks sorted and paired I have one black one left over, so I'll look in the WM in a bit and see if it is in there.
For the rest of today, my list goes some thing like:-
Hoover round
Rubbish out
Recycling in to the correct bins / baskets
Water seedlings in greenhouse if needed
Get today's lego toy Sunday Mirror
Items on ebay, not sure how many this time but about 40 to 50 or so.
Cook chicken ready for about 5.30pm tonight with roast spuds
Kick as ss on my freecycle site as some of them think it is ok to put their phone numbers up, and then wonder why they are getting odd calls.......do some of these people not think about their own security............
Wash car
Garden
Hugs to those that need them.
xxxx

Nice to see you back Toots! Thanks for the vibes. To be honest he is getting a bit anxious now. We've had a few tears this morning and my heart goes out to him. He is being brave but, typical man, he is not talking about what is worrying him.
Turns out, he's worried about how much it's going to hurt.......understandable. We've had a chat & he seems a bit better now.
He's now in front of TV with the remotes, in charge himself, as his 2 older brothers are at Nanas. Quite settled.
He's now worried about not having breakfast!
And I'm worried about having my breakfast without setting him off! Oh well......looks like we're both going to go hungry!
Speak to you later when we get back.
NotsoI'm not so tired & not so desperate..... mainly thanks to MSEso just call me Notso.....
Yes, I'm juggling and I might drop some.... but at least I'm trying
