I forgot I did this one but I will post it anyway as it may remind someone else to do the same...
I got my first gas bill from npower juice, and they had estimated it. So I read my meter and it was about 30 odd units less than their estimate! So that should bring it down a tad. Gotta keep on top of these people!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

i hate estimated bills. cancelled my dd to scottishpower as am in process of switching. they sent a bill in with a note about my cancelled dd. the bill was from 0 (new meter installed) to about 530...i checked my meter which read 220, so they were estimating id used twice as much as i had :eek: good thing i didn't pay the !!!!!!s...waiting for my final reading bill. oh actaully cheers LA just remembered i was gonna phone up about that cause still not been asked for the readng and i switch in a week.0 -

aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh gave up after ten minutes. i bloody hate telephones! plus no doubt an 0845 call will sting :mad:
was just the usual stuff about better insulating lofts, only boiling the amount of water in the kettle that you actually need, switch lights out after you...nothing new.0 -
I just ordered a water saving Hippo from Thames water - they're free, and you pop it in your toilet cistern to save 3 litres per flush. Every little helps, eh.
Makes up for lack of eBaying i've done today.
