  • Isn't is the lemon? You can use this to 'bleach' your hair so why not 'bleach' your cups with it?

It probably is the lemon. I never knew you could use so many things in a different way than they are 'supposed' to be used.
    This site is great.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I am not keen on using normal household bleach so I used Milton Sterilising liquid (the stuff from the baby aisle) and that worked fine.

Was great for getting stains off the worktops too.
  • Value price denture tablets. They work great on the white cups. I use them in the stainless steel flask as well. 1/2 a tablet or less should be enough.

Wash-up offending item as normal, put some bicarb on & rub to a paste over the stained part, rinse off & wash again - sparkling stain-free items without the smell of bleach!
