hello, i wonder if anyone can help. i received a email from avon entitled birthday treat. i was given a code to input on my next order to recvieve my free gift but i cant see where i insert it on the online order form. any help would be appreciated, thanks

i should imagine you just input it as you would a normal product number and save x

no i tried that but it is a word not the normal number codes out of the campaigns. i thought perhaps it was further along the order process but cant see it, though i can be a but dozey at times lol

hmm strange. They normally just post out anniversary and birthday gifts. Unless they want you to place an order online, like a normal customer and put the code in the place where you put voucher codes?

just email them through the website and get them to clarify it for you.

first part of email says to enter vouncher code when next at the checkout*

then in small print goes on to say

This voucher code is only available at the point of sale. Once a purchase has been finalised a voucher code cannot be used. Voucher codes can only be redeemed at avonshop.co.uk. Discounts are not applicable to items purchased in the post purchase outlet store.

hope this makes sense i dont know how to post actual email

thanks aureol212 i have emailed the website but hhad nve had no reply as yet, my next order has to be in by wednesday and i didnt want to leave it till last minute and miss out

yes marie, this means you can only use this code at the the normal online avon shop.

You can't do this ordering through your avon account.

Do you want to PM what they have offered you?

thanks for helping me out i'll go and try and sort that now. it is a pot of anew rejuvenate day revitalising cream spf25 which i was excited about when i got email lol

Yes I think you have to log onto the shop and put in the voucher code, and hopefully they send it for free!
