I sometimes take order forms out with me if I use car and re-do and post whilst out,but if am on foot I always coe back and re prep the books,my little guy comes with me sometimes,he likes the collecting bit mainly to ring the door bells, plus alot of my customers love him and have biscuits and alsorts ready for him,he get really spoiled with them. mind you one of my customers last night gave me 2 bottles of perfume C dior, miss dior and jadore, she got them as presents but only uses one ,and thought of me,how great was that little surprise and her little order as she puts it was £30 wish everyone was like this
I thought christmas had come early!

Well done shirerose. How nice is that?

I have lost a customer today but am not too bothered. I called her as it was the first chance I had, didn't have talking credit before. She said she replied to my text last week, I never received it, but she had a delivery receipt, so I MUST have received it! Yes ok, at Christmas when I texted her, and she said she never received it and I had a delivery receipt?

The long and short, she told me I was always messing her about (confused icon here please) and didn't want the order, and never to put a book through her door again and then hung up on me. LOL.

I suppose because I didn't apologise to her and say I am so sorry to lose you as a customer, what can I do to make it right? that she hung up on me.

To be honest, she is a pain in the neck customer who always complains when I go there that I am giving her too much change, why can't I give her a note, and she gives me the change.... when I got delivered the wrong product for her daughter, I gave her daughter a free product from the same range as an apology and she received her original product. She has had discounts and free gifts from me.

Never mind, she is one customer that I can happily live without.

some people just make you wonder don`t they, like you say one you can do without. I have only had the one and will be up in area tomorrow and hopefully, somehow manage to dodge her seeing me putting new books out
[this is the one I kept havin to call on and returning all the stuff to avon in the end]. Decided that if she does catch me am just going to be honest and tell her the truth about her messing me around. I have enough house to cover with this one seeing I have 300 houses

wow I just checked the SL site for this info and it is true. You cannot use Avon in your email address and if we have flyers etc we have to write AVON Independent Sales Leader.

bummer, might have to rethink my twitter id then.

I am not sure if there is anything on your site as a Rep on how you are allowed to use the word AVON but it does say you are not allowed to use their logo.

I wouldn't worry to much. - sales leaders need to be very careful but as a rep you have more options so I'd stick with your Avon email address if your only a rep x
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A
