Well according to my telephone conversation with the SL customer service line on Sunday morning you can still order the C10 money maker offer for Lotus Shield by back-ordering in C11. Time will tell, of course, but that's definitely what they told me.

Hi everyone

Just wanted to update on my previous post about hardly getting any custs, well I went back today to pick up more books and got another 2 orders whoop so thats another £24 which takes me to HOV and I still have 9 days left.
Turns out there is another rep doing my roads which at least explains why the orders were so rubbish, although what I find quite odd is that even with another rep doing the roads I still managed to get 3 customers

Hope all the other newbies are starting to pick up some decent orders now x

Just waiting for my first order of £262.00:j to be delivered tomorrow, hope all is in stock!

Just a quick question, I have signed up with a SL from a different area to where I live, my AM does live in the same town as where I live. I know my SL will get commission from what I earn but does the AM in my area or in my SL get commission from my SL or not? Does this make sense? I want more territory but wondered if it is in the best interest of my AM to give me more if she will not get commission. Sorry that was long winded!

Also last week I was given c12 books but still have them as i covered all my territory within 2 weeks, I was saving these books for customers who ordered this time and will give them out with their orders. My only concern is that in my delivery I will have c13.Shall I miss C12 out for customers with orders? I will be giving out old c11 books to people who didn't order from c10.

Drat. C11 order went in on Friday!! Hey ho ...

Was considering doing the money maker again this time as I only sold one fergie set in C10 but then sold 3 more in C11 for some strange reason!!

No area manager earns commission from us as they are employed by Avon, and paid a wage plus bonuses. Ask for more territory, you may well get some more, ask your sl to chase it for you rather than ask yourself. Where you sl is based makes no difference at all, in fact I've found when I get a rep in a different area to me, those area managers are more helpful as they want to encourage sl to work in their area to help them meet their targets.

Well done, that's a really good first order (actually more than some reps, who have been doing it a while!) :T

Re. your question about territory/commission, could be wrong on this but pretty sure that both your SL and ASM will benefit in different ways by your orders but it's a bit complicated. (I've been a SL for 5 campaigns and earned diddly squat from my team's orders so far.) As far as you're concerned though it's your ASM, who assigns territory so that's who you need to approach (or ask your SL to approach her on your behalf.)

Bit confused about your second question but, if this helps....

It's a good idea to split your customer base into two; put one half on your current campaign and the other half on your back campaign. Anyone, who orders, gets their next book in with their delivery and when you collect that book back in you can then give it to anyone due that book, who didn't order in the last campaign.

We suggest you order books 2 campaigns ahead so that you can have, say, C13 books ready-prepped when your C12 order arrives (it's not for you to hand C13 books out as soon as they arrive - unless, of course, you're actually on C13 now - when you log onto the Avon website it will tell you which campaign you're on; you can only order from that campaign or the previous one.)

Yes Linzi, what campaign are you on? Your question is a little confusing.

If you have just submitted C11, then you should be giving out C11 and C12 books.

You may have pre- ordered C13 for the next campaign, some of us do that, so we have the books ready at home, gives us a chance to prep them or just look at what offers are coming up.

Hi Everyone,
I have a product query from a customer. She said that Avon used to do a SSS large bubble bath in woodland fresh. Now I know the scent is soft and fresh these days but can only find bath oils and not bubble baths. Do they still do them, or if not does anyone have any lying around they might want to sell to me? I would really love to find some for this customer so any help gratefully received xxxx
