Providing the order is for MOV then you will get discount - it's not your fault they are OOS. Same for returns.
I have done my 1st additional order today (sent main order last night). Thought I would still get commission? Web says no & the delivery charge to pay although I knew about that.
Will have to duplicate the order with my next main order then do returns based on my non-commission extra order. What a pain and extra work for Avon - unless anyone has any better ideas? Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

I've also wondered about the issue of returns and MOV.
Whats stopping a rep ordering a load of stuff to take the order above MOV and then returning them at a later date?"Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -
Is that classed as "creative ordering"?Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

No if you need to return stuff, it doesn't affect hitting mov/hov on the campaign you return things in, as returns are classed separate to your order if that makes sense! So no, theres nothing to stop a rep ordering products to take them to mov and returning them at a later date.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

I have a customer query about a Gloss Stick.
She has used it every day since she had it in the last delivery. It has run down the the top now but shes not sure how to get the rest. It seems to thick for a normal pencil sharpner - any ideas or has the sun just got to my brain and not functioning!C7 - 221.05 :j C8 - 308.07 :j C9 - 250.84 :j C10 - £525.25 :j:j C11 - £467.91 :j C12 - 491.44 :j C13 - £442.09 :j C14 - £357.95 :j0 -
Parties are dead easy, just let them play with all your stuff. Most of us know how lippy's and eyeshadows work, creams, well that does come with reading the brochure and trying them yourself at home.
So, with the parties, do you do a load of spiel at the start about Avon? Do you do it at peoples houses or do they come to yours? Do you do like a themed demo, e.g. make-over, foot products etc like Virgin Vie/Bodyshop parties or do you just let them browse?Everyone loves a bargain :beer:0 -
You might want to consider geting the reps bag at £10 which comes with a good varied sample pack.
The deal is that if you order it within your first two orders, you get it at £10 with samples included. You are invoiced nothing with the bag, then £5 in the following camp and £5 in camp after that. So its good value and really really handy. Also ace for keeping your demo items in for customers to see.
Ah, I didn't know that you got samples with the bag, it doesn't mention it in HT and my SL didn't mention it either. Thanks for that, will order oneEveryone loves a bargain :beer:0 -

You can get pencil sharpeners with a bigger hole for thicker pencils. I had one. Can't remember if I got it from Boots or Superdrug.0 -
Hi Everyone,
Has anyone ordered the Treasure Beads and bracelet yet? I have a couple of friends with real Pandora ones and wondered if the Avon ones look ok?

That's because they are all over ebay :rotfl: Don't know how they manage to sell them so cheap on there though (some going for £6 not inc postage)!!!
p.s. think I have just answered the question myself, were they in a previous HT, someone has taken a photo and put that onto ebay (minus the price obviously)!!!Everyone loves a bargain :beer:0
