thanks !!!!!!. I couldn't find any info on it and was cobbling together what I remembered reading and my SL telling me.

I always thought the Avon offices were at Corby too, remember my sister working there, unless she was an Avon lady. But this was many, many years ago!

Corby is where Customer Service is, as well as where the orders are shipped from.

My C9 order has to be in on Tuesday, and the stock availability has just come up on it, 50% of it is in short supply. Now I'm really worried, it's not going to look good as a new rep, if half of their stuff isn't supplied :(

I wouldn't worry to much about orange dots - items with orange dots usually always turn up, the only exceptions are sale/discontinued items, I've never been short supplied on items unless they were sale/special offer items like the oasis bangle watch. Things like shower gels etc - don't worry!
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Thanks Lozza, the things with the orange dots were mainly ones like Naturals Shampoo and True Force items.

I have done a spread sheet of the orders and it comes to £40(ish) less than the total value on the sub total screen. But of course the items aren't in the same order any more, so it's going to be a right pain trying to fathom out where the difference is!

Have your customers ordered a promotion, ie buy 1 get 1 free, or buy 4 for £6? Did you backorder any on the previous campaign? That maybe where the difference is on your spreadsheet.

You may have backordered to make your items cheaper or not backordered?

I've just edited my post, I had forgotten to update the spreadsheet to include the inserted rows, doh! It's all good now :)

I want to have a rant about my ASM.
She has been accessing my Reps accounts, the ones in her area, as I have some out of area, and requesting single brochures or in one Rep's case C10 books.

I am fuming as one is on maternity leave, and she has not replied to email requests from me about this will affect this rep's account and her territory. Another one has left Avon but never officially told me. She moved and never gave me her new address and ignored every text, call, voicemail, visit to her old house, etc I made. But she has requested a book per campaign on this account! Who is going to pay for them?

I know she sent us an email saying that we must clear all outstanding balances and put regular ontime orders as it reflects on her if we are not doing this, but she will lose me the few reps I have if she keeps doing this!

I have heard people that know her complain about her too, one wanted to sign up and every appointment that was made she failed to keep.

I have contacted my SL and am waiting for a response to my email but so not happy about this. So tempted to just recruit all out of area reps from now on so she can't do this anymore. The other ASM's for my out of area sign ups don't do this and on expired accounts!

On a good note, gave out the last of my expired books today and picked up a new customer who may sign up as a rep too when she moves home in a few months! :j

She used to buy from Avon 40 years ago! And she said she still has jewellery and perfume from then that is in excellent condition. The perfume, she has never opened the bottles!
