Anyway, the Factory Shop is based at Northampton, where Avon is. It is a combination of the Factory, so you can get to see how the boxes are packed, and items selected, etc, and there is a shop which is only available to employees who work at Avon. It sells Avon products at discounted prices.
Actually, the items are despatched from Corby. Northampton is just the Avon offices.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

thanks !!!!!!. I couldn't find any info on it and was cobbling together what I remembered reading and my SL telling me.
I always thought the Avon offices were at Corby too, remember my sister working there, unless she was an Avon lady. But this was many, many years ago!0 -
I have been told though that some ASMs run competitions, and their best sellers can win a trip to the shop. My SL won a trip there but I seem to remember her telling me she was only allowed 20 mins in there. Someone else has suggested asking your ASM if you can go to the shop and factory to look around and if there are enough people asking your ASM MIGHT make it so. Mine definitely won't for me...lol.
Yes my asm emailed everyone in her area, whether they were her direct reps or not (my OH also got the email) asking for any leads in her area, if they joined with her as a rep then you could win a place to go to the factory.....erm do you not think sales leaders would sign the people up themselves? Was cheesed off, luckily I don't have many reps in my own area, but if those ones gave leads to the asm (who gives no support what so ever) rather than me (who would give their friend the best chance, and also give my rep £10 for referring someone) I wouldn't be impressed! Why couldn't she run a competition based on sales figures or something!!! Yet again another example of an asm trying to hit her own targets!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Need some help ladies (and gents!) :
I've had a rep with a customer ask for the supershock gel eyeliner pencil, page 38 in camp 9, but in black rather than steel or plum, as the customer had a friend get one in black or brown a few months ago.
I'm guessing it was probably the limited edition edition one in black? Although that one isn't a gel one. Any suggestions would be most grateful - I have to say make-up isn't my strong point with not wearing much of it lol!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Hi Lozza
she is mistaken. I still have C6 which I am just prepping for canvassing and it was new in that one as only steel and plumful.
The Smooth Minerals Eyeliner is in onyx and earth - black and brown
or the Anew smoothing eyeliner might be a good choice if she likes the gel idea. P590 -
Yeah I didn't think there was a gel one - I would imagine shes remembered the supershock bit, and so assumed it is the gel one, in which case it is probably the limited edition one, being as that always advertised next to the supershock mascara. Thanks for the confirmation though hun theres just so many different eyeliners and they all seem much the same to me lol!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

I think it is the way they feel on your eyes and the way they glide on that makes the difference.
I have very sensitive eyes so have to be careful when wearing eyeliners.
Yep,she probably met the limited edition one but if she likes the idea of the gel then she should try the anew one.0 -

Am feeling quite motivated again now as I lost my mojo a bit in the last campaign, just seemed to have loads on with work and college course and looking after little one, that I found it hard to have the energy to do much Avoning. Still, managed to get ok sales and after a pep talk from Mum am back on form again now, woo hoo. Just thought I'd share that with you all, hope everyone else is ok xxx
Whoop thats great!
