I demonstrate a lot. In fact delivering orders takes a very long time, I take my demo kit with me and get it out and ask them what they would like to try. From a perfume sample, skincare, eye shadows lippys etc. I always try to get two new demo items every camp to have something new to show them, I took the pink antler bag from c9 and ive sold 5 from demonstrating. Ive got the watch from c10 and ive been wearing it for since i got it to drum up trade.

The feedback Ive had from my customers is that they have never been looked after in this way. I try to make it personal.

What do carry in your demo kit, and what do you carry it in?

Where do you get your spatulas from please?

Spatulas are free and available in HT. Code 82834.

There is a demonstration bag available in HT too, at £15, but I think for new starters, if they qualify for for the Smart Start, they get if free? Don't quote me as have never received my packs and need to get them sent out urgently.

face illuminating pearls (£1 creative ordering)
    supershock mascara (free creative ordering)
self tan lotion (£1 creative ordering)
    aftersun lotion (free creative ordering)

    Anew foundation (free creative ordering)
Pearl shine (OOS soooo typical £2 creative ordering)
the spatulas are free to order from HT mag, by the ring sizers and order forms

I also carry a sss soft and fresh dry oil body spray and a kids sun lotion

In my party kit I have much more including full and trial size skin care creams etc.

I do have the demo kit and ordered some of the mesh bags from clearance to keep things seperate like fragrance. Aftershave. skin care, lipstick samples and costmetics full size (5 in all)

I have just placed my 5th order and have aquired all of that for not a lot of money really. But I started out with nothing on Feb 1st.

The anew lippy ive sold a lot of, just by asking them to see how it feels going on and how easy it is to apply. Not to judge by the colour as there are many different shades available. Same with all eyeshadow things.

I learnt about creative ordering from this forum, asm didnt breathe a word which annoyed the bejesus out of me. But live and learn and every day is a school day.

    Hope that helps

Ok I quoted you! I got the demo bag for £10 with the sample kit (only available to order in your 1st or 2nd order) and I will get the reps bag for free for sales of over £1500 in first 6 camps. (have to wait for camp 6 to get it though)

Does anyone know if the Avon deliveries are given to a certain courier? I've got until a week Monday before C9 is delivered but I'm just wondering what happens if I'm not in when it arrives. The last delivery came on a Bank Holiday so I was in all day, but this time I'll be at work for part of the day.
Moving onto a better place...Ciao

Yes they are given to a specific courier. In my area (261) it is express parcels. It should be on your welcome brochure you filled out when you signed up. If not, contact your ASM or SL who signed you up.

You should have been asked about a 'safe place' to leave the parcel if you would be out. If you have one, it will be left there.

Alternatively you can nominate an alternative delivery address when sending your order.

Best to have it go to your house so you dont have to carry it home though.
