Hellooo
yes for distress and inc, not much though is it!!“most people give up just as they are about to achieve success”If you think you are going through hell keep going - Sir Winston ChurchillIf You Can't Change It, Change the Way You Think About It.SW, 13st5lb, -4 1/2, -1,(12st13.5lbs)0 -
they can only award upto £500 for distress and inconvenience, £100 - low, £200 - medium, £500 - maximum, I've only ever seen one £200 awarded (and that wasn't a ppi client it was one who had had her insurance cancelled by her insurance company without them letting her know two days before she had an accident !!) all others have been £100 - makes you wonder what a company has to do to have £500 awarded against them !!ANY_CHANCE wrote: »Hellooo

I think the main of ours have been £100, and the highest awarded for distress etc was £200 or maybe £250.
So it varies depending on the circumstances behind the case.
Hope your not waiting too long for your refund AC, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi AC,
Sorry to hear you are still waiting
We were awarded (and received) £200 compensation for distress and inconvenience, btw, but that was after an ombudsman got involved!
Still keeping everything crossed for you

Still waiting too Any Chance and awaiting Ombudsman, warned it could be months and I am supposed to be a "hard ship case"
The £100 compensation is very poor considering the cost of living now adays etc., I am sure I have lost more money than that, due to stress and inconvienance, including time off work due ill health, sleepless nights plus prescriptions for anti depressants all caused by the robbing B@****ds called Norton !!!!
Good luck to all those still hanging in there, our lives remain in limbo not really knowing whether the end is in sight.
