I know what you mean Jemma about the 200 day thing-I worked out what date it will be when we get to below the 200 day figure (12th October!) and when we'll get to 100 days (20th Jan!)!
This weekend I'm going to start looking a recipes for wedding cakes to decide which ones I'm going to make (I know I'll want more than 1 flavour!) and also have an attempt at making the cookies I'm going to give as favours to see how they work out.

ok am starting to get scared as less than 200 days me thinks.. lol

have ordered all the invitation stuff still waiting for it to all arrive though...

brought my wedding shoes yesterday £5 on ebay :-) now just need to sort out jewellery and also find wedding rings that we both like for a reasonable price.. lol

Got all stuff for invitations just need to email them to the printers.

I went through a stage of doing loads but I seem to have lost momentum, does anyone else get that? That it comes in phases of wanting to do loads then not having the inclination? Or is it just me? :rotfl:

OMG-have we really only got 30 weeks to go, Mrs Moore to be?!
Gleeful-woohooo!! you're under the 200 day mark!!
I am just swinging into a "doing stuff" phase. I have been in a lull for the last few months but it's reading all the things that people have done that is spurring me into action! We are just sorting out the invitations and I have a shopping expedition coming up at the weekend with the 3 bridesmaids to see what dresses they like. No idea about hen/stag weekends yet and no food ordered but we know what we want, so that's a start!
Must get onto the marquee people to make them come and see the location....

Update - have a quote for the ceildh band - £600. Decided to go for it as lots of guests from overseas who I know will love it. It will be worth it living on beans on toast for a bit!

Will be running around like a mad thing with mother during half term as have a day and a half with her before fiance arrives so hair and make up needs to be done and undone so he is surprised on the day.

Im going to finally do the invitation work tomorrow. then next Sat OH is trying suits on. Also had a call this week to say BM dresses had arrived! So off to pick them up next weekend too x

We bought the bridesmaid dresses yesterday :j
I thought we were going to have to get them made because my bridesmaids are all different shapes and styles, but we found 3 dresses in a lovely colour in Monsoon in the half price sale how MSE is that?! :money:
I'm feeling so organised now!:D
