I am currently madly baking cakes for my hen doo (thought I'd better do something towards it!) and am getting vey worried because I've had a sore throat for the last day or so and it's getting worse...I don't to be poorly for my hen do think I'll have a hot honey & lemon, see if it helps.. x

Happy 30th Gleeful!!!

5 weeks to go for me! Hen do is later today and tomorrow and for some reason a bit anxious about it. Both my BM's have a lot on their minds at the minute, but I thought i'd have heard from them last night about it I just got a curt message of a few things to bring along on Thursday Just heard someone's dropped out today too, and someone I don't know too well is coming instead...
Hope it goes ok and I'm fretting over nothing!

Happy Birthday Gleeful! Its great looking younger... I am 38 but often get mistaken for being younger than H2B who is 31... love it. Got id'd for non alcoholic wine in sainsburys this week as well!

Flowerpower - am sure your hen will be fine, its a shame when people drop out but I think you will have a brill time! Its my tame joint hen/stag today so have been up since 6 cleaning the bathroom as guests staying at mine tonight.

Arrangements this week for me that have been made = Ask Dad to take me to the airport (it will be like him giving me away) - agreed; Ask Mum to pick us up from the airport - agreed. We've also asked Moon's Mum (lives next door) to look after the cat, and she's agreed to that too, so things starting to get there. I also booked my veggie meal for the flights online, as I realised I'd not done that yet.

Only 10 days til we fly to Jamaica, and 13 until we get married - this time in two week's time, we'll be married!

Was told by my chief BM that she's taking me to Brighton 2 days before the wedding to get my wedding present from her and to relax before everything starts! How lucky am I??!! However it does mean that I need to be super dooper organised and make sure everything is already done!

Hi All,
Happy birthday gleeful!
Back from my hen doo, very tired, had lots of fun, we did pot painting, 80's dance class (with all of us dressed appropriately in 80's clothes!), tea & cakes in a chocolate cafe, mexican meal and dancing all night in Bournemouth! MM2b-aren't you going to Bournemouth?!
Lots of fun, but too tired right now to write more about it!

Also just back from my hen do - also in B'mouth! How lucky were we with the weather?! Couldn't have asked for better.
Had such a great time, we had lunch by the pier, "dirty dancing" dance class, then a night of dreamboys(!) followed by dancing till we couldn't dance no more. And then surfing today - or more like falling into the sea off a board for me
Feeling very very lucky to have such lovely friends and family
Yay, next stop - wedding!!!
