CSA Variation is crap!

    Thanks Marbles.

The calculation was based on the distance and the recommended route the CSA told me to drive even though I would be avoiding motorways and not getting there quicker.

The variation I asked for was the distance and the frequency of visits. I explained that if I wasnt being robbed of any spare cash then I could make more visits. Money dont grow on trees, as the CSA seem to think it does.

    Kelloggs,

The formula was explained by some bloke in Dundee, but with the best will in the world, it never makes sense. CSA are always trying to punish NRP with burocracy.
I was told its not £15 its £60 even though its just one visit. I thought it should be £15 too.

let me put it this way then, suppose one of your kids said Dad, Mum says she can't get me things I need for school, you say well son I am not paying her because she wont let me see you, do you think the child would not still need the school things?

Maintenance is not for clothing, I already enquired about it.
And secondly if I wasnt seeing my kids, then they wouldnt be able to ask me that question would they?

why the spanish inquisition? none of that is any of our business.

i don't suppose you'd appreciate the same treatment, would you?

and statistically speaking abot 65% of divorces are caused by womens inability to keep their legs closed.

95% of women get to keep the children, and normally it's the genuine nrp's who come to places like these to get help. so do the math.

95% is incorrect I am an nrp and many women like me do not have their kids.
My ex treated me badly and made me feel like an unfit mother. the result of that was I did not believe in myself and my child has been with him since 3 and is now 11 and I see my child regular. But I also have to travel 50 miles there and 50 miles back. I stayed in the hometown. I am a brill mum after getting my confidence back and that took five years.

If you read my posts I wasn't being nasty to the OP it just seemed as if all fault was directed outward with no personal responsibility for anything at all.

I tried for a variation due to my child having a disability, I got nowhere either.

Some women do keep their legs closed actually, and why resort to such vulgarity?

I have no desire to unite with any man and after reading these boards I can't see that changing.

Perhaps if I wasnt working so hard to give her and my kids a nice home then maybe she wouldnt have looked elsewhere....my bad!

I dont see why asking personal questions is anything to do with the subject, its trolling.

Oh and the reason for arrears is not my fault either. The CSA rung me just after we seperated and said they would be in touch, this never happened. The reason was their system broke, not just on my case but on a lot of cases.
So I am paying the arrears because of their crappy system...FACT!
