Beannie - It's so hard when other kids are getting incentives like that...something that he wants or needs that's within your budget is the way to go if you feel comfortable with it.....at the end of the day I didn't get anything for passing my exams, I'm sure a lot of others didn't either.

Well done on the unsecured debt total tho.

Ours is so scary it's unreal but I can't even go there at the moment, payments are being made and that's all I can do.

Registered with the local volunteer service last week for their help, they can cover this weeks hospital appointments for us which is fab....Patient transport were booked but wanted to pick us up at 8am for a 10.10am appointment.....I'm amazed how much help is out there when you know where to look - shall be giving some time to these places when I'm in a position to be able to help.

Only present I've ever got for passing my exams was an engraved Zippo lighter from Pint for aceing my A-level/BTEC National Award

What is DD1 thinking of doing then sammy? I never got an incentive to do my exams and tbh im not sure It would have made any difference to me.

Pooky, glad that you are able to find some help, you deserve more but somehow I doubt you will ever get everything that you should. Is there any resbite care available so you can have a break?

Point taken. I'm going to the gym with her tomorrow now. :eek: Or at least I think I am, I'll be trying to join 10 mins before I go and generally they like to give you inductions so you don't hurt yourselves on the machines and sue them. So if they can't induct me then and there, I might have to try and sneak in. If that doesn't work, I'll do twice around the lake myself.
