Am out of the shower and wrapped in a towel, although that'll change. Have decided not to do any more cardio today as I think the bike ride and walk did that for me.

Am a little !!!!ed at my big sister - have put on FB that I did a 18K ride and she's asking why I did that? Well, duh, I did it to help me lose weight, but if you hear that you'll think I'm anorexic/bulimic again and jump down my throat....learnt not to tell her anything when she'd check me everyday for self-harm and she wondered why I'd hide and not show her and do more....stupid, she's my sister NOT my mum...if it was y mum she'd be happy I'm trying to do something.

Z, she won't see that side of it. She'll only see the bad side, whereas it's my mum and dad and Pint who know why I'm doing it, and it's mainly because it depresses me being what I term as fat. I've lost just over half a stone, and I'm feeling happier, my asthma isn't so bad (that's more due to the not eating choccy) and I look better. I still don't want to look in the mirror as I think I'm ugly, I've always thought that, but Pint doesn't think it and he's seeing how much of a better effect it's having on me....she just won't see it, she'd think I'm turning it again. Yeah, I was bulimic/anorexic and went down to 8 stone, but I don't want to do that, I want to do it properly and be a weight I want, not what she wants.

If you exercise, you won't go down to that. After a while, exercise will make you gain weight.
