  • I'm not getting on very well today. Feel as if my mind and body has lost the ability to function somewhere along the line. I just keep sitting and staring into space. And I seem to have developed number dyslexia which i not good in this job. :o

    :grouphug: Pap.....

you have changed soooo much in the last 12 months. Maybe you just need to take a breather let the dust settle and then move on to the next challenge....

OR pick one thing that you really want to change, write down what it is, how you would achieve it and what you need to do to achieve it and break it down into small chunks.

I would love a drink right now, but I drank too much again at the weekend and I feel a bit carp...

Oh and number dyslexia is quite common in us number people......i have it as well

Bunny, I had the heart racing thing for about 12 months once....its stress....

Other news, OH has had his scan - nothing wrong....there's a surprise!

Sally, if I was that employer I would be well peed off at his attitude.....ring em back and tell em he can start....has he not seen that film where Will Smith sleeps in toilets to do a job.....stupid stupid man....I will contribute to the travel lodge but would rather see him sleep in a toilet....

I have brownies in a bit so better not hit the bottle! And then my home group. Wish I could opt out of both - I'm all anyhow as the expression goes.

What scan? But glad it's ok!

    HUgs Pap

The bloke who's doing my house up just been :) He is finishing my roof tomorrow and he is coming down with a plan for my bathroom too :) told him cheap and chearfull, anything is going to be better than it is now :( I hate it :(. The bathroom is starting to dry out nice so he's going to do it the week were away, (he said that way he can just rip everything out and start with a blank canvass, and not worry that he needs to get a toilet in quick) he can then feed the dog while hes here, so we will go on holidays leaving a very horrible crappy soaking wet bathroom and come home to a brand spanking new clean dry bathroom :)

Sammy you are right....he needs to think about how much he wants this job. for example if he had been thinking about it like I had, he could have listed loads of stuff on ebay yesterday and got money to pay for afew nights accomodation. He is doing a website for B's school and they are going to pay him, not sure how much but if he gets it done this week, again more money. Ive offered him £200 from what I made on ebay, again more money which he can use. tbh I wonder about his committment to leaving and having to work!

Glad to see that your OH's has nothing wrong with his !!!!!!!! Sammy!
