  • Afternoon.

I'm popping in for a quick break from reports!

I walked into town and back at lunch time - a mile and a half and I'm cold but I've got full of energy!

I fell asleep. Must have been cos of the combination of biking and walking and me not used to it. Am still tired but I'll do my cardio later as that is REALLY starting to help - was annoyed at the man who said earlier "You look tired" and I'm thinking "Well, I've just pushed my bike up this giant hill, I've already done at least 10K and you think I'm tired?"

I think that is a side effect of doing accounts - too much looking at numbers, I quite often get things back to front cos I'm staring at them for hours! :o

Have you been out for a bit of fresh air today? Clear your mind.. have a stretch.. that sort of thing :)

Bunny, it's mainly so I have too much time on my hands and spend too much money, so this is heping me not spend. I'm still trying to lose weight so I know this is doing me good.

  • Elfen - keep up the good work.

Bookie - go for a wonder around your garden.

I thought I'd finished all the reports but a request for one has just landed in my inbox! Back to the grindstone for little old me!

Bookie, put your calculator down and go for a wander........with a glass in your hand!

I would love a drink right now, but I drank too much again at the weekend and I feel a bit carp...

Oh and number dyslexia is quite common in us number people......i have it as well

Bunny, I had the heart racing thing for about 12 months once....its stress....

Other news, OH has had his scan - nothing wrong....there's a surprise!

Sally, if I was that employer I would be well peed off at his attitude.....ring em back and tell em he can start....has he not seen that film where Will Smith sleeps in toilets to do a job.....stupid stupid man....I will contribute to the travel lodge but would rather see him sleep in a toilet....
