Well I for one have e-mailed Head Office and if I don't like the reply I'll vote with my feet. That's what we should all do when we're unhappy with a store or company. Hit them where it hurts.

I have just read the first page and went straight to the link - not there! Then I fast-forwarded to page 9 and there has obviously been a problem with the offer, so I'm unlikely to get any chocolate now:mad:.

Got my two eggs today at the local shop and assistant was fine - they also had blocks and I tried to ask for blocks instead of eggs, but no luck, but the eggs seem good. I gave them to my two children (even if grown up they still love their choc eggs!). Thanks this was a great find!
