gosh ,reading this makes me feel so lucky! my son (10) has been to my 70+ in laws for the last week. as a family (i also have a 16 year old daughter) we do alot together,so dont need sitters that much. i never have to ask for them, they always offer. i feel if you have children you have to work,play round them,its what my parents done with me...its only right! granted my family live pretty close,so thats great too!
