OOh who is the third inczrnation of tootiefruities??

Lampshades, sounds mad, but aren't you supposed to rub it with white bread?! (if its pale coloured, and fabric). N.B. don't butter the bread first!

Put away the clean washing from the sofa (and from around the sofa) ([STRIKE]and from the floor in front of the sofa)[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    Clear and clean coffee table
    Dust and deweb
    Check smoke alarms
Polish glass and electricals and mantel
    Extras
    1. Wash windows
    2. De flea and de worm the murdering cat
    3. Catch up on any important phone calls- phone work to cancel appointments for later in week.
    4. Food shopping
    5. Anniversay declutter mission
    6. Tax return - think that pass word only lasted for 7 days - will need to call re issuing it again but can find financial details so ready to do it when new password arrives.
    7. EMA form for ungrateful DD
    8. Cancel SKY - gave DD an ultimatum that she had to complete her chores (clean bathroom, her bedroom and her washing up but Sunday night or it goes) She watched several hours of catch up tv yesterday but apart from a small load of washing up no chores were done!!)
I have managed to do HHC in kitchen when I:
    • washed up,
    • wiped up,
    • put burnt pan and baking dish into soak,
    • emptied veggie waste and recycling.
    • Fed the cat twice and she has gone to sleep it off.
    • emptied WM- hung on airers
I then did HHC in LR but only managed to clear some of the dry washing - I did say it was a huge Mount Washmore!! :D:o

I am having a rest as my back is now painful but will cancel Sky next then put folded washing away and start again with the folding - determined to get this done today.
I need to do some more washing as nearly caught up but ran out of conditioner - I went into garage on the way home from X ray and they had Lenor (a little bottle) for £2.69 - needless to say I did not buy and will make do with white vinegar!

Afternoon ! And what a beautiful one it is here too. Havent caught up yet so I hope everyone is ok, and hugs to anyone who is having any worries.

Was having a jolly nice day until I discovered that the freezer bit of fridge/freezer seems to have packed up. It was beeping last night but I just assumed the door had been left open, so I made sure it was closed and toddled off to bed.

I've just done a mammoth shop at Asda, went to put a load of stuff in the freezer and its defrosted EVERYTHING in it :mad::mad::mad::mad:
Had veggie sausages, veggie burgers, fishfingers, loads and loads of quorn pieces, mince, fillets, two lots of pizza dough.
I will cook up all the quorn, sausages, veg into various things. Shepherds pie, lasagne, bolognaise, sausage caserole, quorn paprika, curry, quorn chasseur,
There were some prawns too but Im not risking those so they will be binned.
Oh bum there were veggie meatballs too so I better cook those up with some sauce and refreeze.

Any suggestions for the fish fingers or veggie burgers ?

If I cook the pizza dough into pizza with cheese etc can you then freeze that and recook ?

I was meant to be going out tonight but am going to have to cancel so I can cook lots of things with the defrosted stuff in order to freeze it all cooked. Luckily we have a spare freezer in the garage which we had switched off to save on the electricity bill, so while we decide if the fridge part is still working well enough and/or fix the freezer part. I am already deciding ow to rearrange the kitchen to fit in a wide american-y style one ;)

Jill - sorry you felt ignored sweetie. I know lots of the flyladies have 'stuff' going on right now and are not spending as much time on here. You looked and worried for a long time for 'a reason' with your DS and I'm sure you'd hoped it was just his way, well it is, there are just other people who are like that too and they have a name for it. I really hope things move forward for you all and that you can get the support you all need (how is DH coping with it all now) Love to you all x
:D:D Dont worry didnt really feel ignored, didnt mean message to come across too serious... actually I assumed that "chat" had been clamped down on or summat! Or else it was the weekend and a bit more quiet or just, as you say, everyone with stuff going on. Was more confused by lack of confused smilie ?
Thx for asking about DH, he's ok, coming out of denial and into feeling a bit low about it on and off. We seem to be quite good at taking it it turns at being down and the one who is not down trying to gee the other one up, so hopefully we'll muddle through :)

piggers - thanks for reply re tics. I do really really appreciate the benefit of your experience :) However I am not living with a dolphin, he is more like a donkey ee-awing  And so far he is not bothered about them that much except his neck hurting. Bless him. We have another appointment at the developmental unit thing at the hospital on Wednesday so we can talk to them more then.

Will post more later, need to get off to school in a minute, and then swimming lessons, then of course cookathon :rotfl::rotfl:
