Nearly done. Another lousy day. DS1 managed to get excluded from school today. It's DH's birthday and we had planned a nice day together but alas it was not to be.

Been shopping to replace the wine that was drunk yesterday. DH is collecting DS3 and DD2 from school/nursery.

Done HHI x 4 so that should cover me for the rest of the week:p

Happy Birthday for yesterday Cycling Yorkie

I've just done a mammoth shop at Asda, went to put a load of stuff in the freezer and its defrosted EVERYTHING in it :mad::mad::mad::mad:
I was meant to be going out tonight but am going to have to cancel so I can cook lots of things with the defrosted stuff in order to freeze it all cooked. Luckily we have a spare freezer in the garage which we had switched off to save on the electricity bill, so while we decide if the fridge part is still working well enough and/or fix the freezer part. I am already deciding ow to rearrange the kitchen to fit in a wide american-y style one ;)

If it is very cold (like in my house at the moment :() the fridge my shut down when the temperature outside reaches the same as the temperature inside. Unfortunately with fridge-freezers, this sometimes means that due to a design feature ;) the freezer bit ALSO shuts down, even though it's still much warmer outside it than inside...

I know that I will not finish the LR today but this will be a good job done and has been waiting for weeks..... oops

    also did:

    Put another load in WM
    had some late lunch
    Taken yet more pain killers

I need to sit down for a little while and will then have another go for HHC 4.30 to 5

Hope you are all doing well.
