Oh yeah.....she also said because I was making payments over the minimum payment on my credit card.....I was no longer in financial hardship........so I wonder if all creditors take this view eventually.......It really makes you think that perhaps Bankruptcy would have been the better option??.because when you try and pay everything off that you owe, they are still not satisfied.. Moral of the story is.....stash any spare cash and don't go over the minimum payment.

Elsie thats awful, these muppets think they can do what they like. Glad you have written to them to complain, it is so unethical of them to reduce your limit without informing you, surely they have to return the £8, You check your bank every day to ensure that this doesnt happen, then something you have no control over b@lls it up. no wonder they get 'distant' call centres to do their dirty work for them. barstewards

Typical Lloyds and this account isn't even active, nothing has been taken out for over 2 years, because its part of our DMP. Will wait and see what response I get from them, I am making notes on telephone conversations etc, and go from there.

Need a drinky poo......anyone care to join me.

    Good morning everyone,

Just a quick chat this morning, need to get ready for work......it soon comes around to Monday.!!

Nanna, Lloyds will be accepting the money every time, just they won't accept the DMP, its the same with me.....they take the money every month, but don't accept/agree to our DMP.....They are just being ars3y.!! Glad you had a good day yesterday.

Will be back around 3 ish......have a good day everyone.
