Right....I'm more confused now than I was when I started. Been on the phone for almost 30 minutes.

Basically, I am no longer in "Financial Hardship " (pity I don't know that, 'cos it certainly feels like I am ). My new payment plan, sent in Jan, has not been accepted. I can pay over the minimum payment, therefore interest will go back on..!!!!!!! It never stopped. Response was , oh sorry, nothing more we can do. I will now start getting statements again, and the card will become active again.!!!!:eek: Don't think so....its cut up into trillions of bits and lives at the bottom o the drawer.:T

Send message to Payplan....what do we do now.....Lloyds can offer me a loan to consolidate the two (o/d and cc) at £300 per month.:wall::wall:
