Informed cap one bout probs nice letter back they were willing to help. Rang them they said pay 90.00 i said" ive just told you icant send the 50.00 this month" :mad:Have i missed somthing here or am i just daft?
I did go to the Fo bout citi cards and won i asked for 450.00 was given 490.00 so it can work elsie:)

I get really angry with these bu@@ers....... Do they honestly think that we would embarrass ourselves by ringing and saying that we can't afford to pay, just for the fun of it.!!! They don't listen, I mean " really " listen. It makes me so mad, its a bad enough situation without making it worse. Just remember, you can't give them what you don't have.!! Tough.

Have a coffee/tea, calm down.....down let them upset you, they really aren't worth it.

nanna cheer up, its only money and no one can hang you for it. If you haven't got it they can't have it. Crap One must have been on roll to-day cos my OH had a right toodo with an absolutley supercilious idiot, OH is very good and he just said, let me stop you right there, I will not have you speaking to me like that, get a supervisor to phone me and I want your name and your complaints address, he gave him both and a supervisor phoned toutsuit, OH put in a verbal complaint and the supervisor was very civil and said he would try to sort out, so it can be done, there really is no need for them to be rude.

Elsie I hope you're not thinking about wiggling out of a complaint to Lloyds, there, Nanna has done it too so get going mrs, now!!!
