Very windy here today, I've got a bit more washing to do today, but the wind really whips around my place....its all open fields to one side of me......don't fancy my bloomers ending up 3 streets away.!! :eek: Because of their size they make wonderful sails.!! :rotfl:

I shall not be doing much more today, Sunday roast to cook, and that's about it.

Feeling a bit under par - probs from thinking about the long scary list of stuff still to do before I go away tomorrow, couldn't sleep:eek: Did remember the hour though, blech, another thing that kept me awake, thinking I had an hour less to get it all done :j

Very blowy here as well, good time to get any stuff washed. Gotta leave lots of shirts & stuff clean as DH has a few meetings this week & seems to have forgotten how to iron since we got married:rotfl:

Will be out most of the afternoon at rugby, still it does mean we get a free meal & you never know maybe a win would be nice. Eats into time left for long scary list though:eek::eek::eek:

Am on my first cup of strong tea, whew feel somewhat better. Should be nice getting ready to go away but all the blimmin rules, baggage weights etc confuse me & I am going on my own so no-one to do it for me:(

Glad you got the ringpulls nana sounds like you're in business - did you meet up with the hen weekend coach by any chance? Must have done a detour round most of the UK as they hadn't got to Edinburgh at 7.30pm yesterday - they set off at 7am:eek::eek::eek:

Morning All

Very blowy here too, sympathise about the rugby kit, DH played all our married life until the penny dropped a couple of years ago that just perhaps he is tooooo old. DS also plays and I must say has reached new heights in the I don't want to wash my kit until several new strains of penicillin have taken up residence in his shorts, eeeuch. He maintains that the smell puts the opposition off, I'm not surprised!!
Sash where were they coming from and I have to say the roadworks in Scotland are horrendous at the moment, most of the motorways are in chaos with building works and Edinburgh itself is full of large holes where they allegedly are laying tram rails, so they could still be trying to get where they are going!!!!

Hi everyone.:wave:

I hope that you have all had a good weekend, and are ready to face another week of debt busting.!! :T

I have had a no spend day today, and I hope to have a few more of those over the next couple of days. We've just had roast beef, and I've plated up another meal for tomorrow for both of us. There is enough left for OH's sandwiches to take to work, for the next two days, and another few slices which have gone into the freezer to have for another meal late in the week. Talk about stretching the budget out.!! :rotfl: I should be an expert at it, but to be fair we have had more than enough to eat, and none has been wasted. I wonder if I will still think this way when we are debt free.?:think:

I've had a bit of a lazy day today, which is quite nice, but I couldn't do nothing on a regular basis. I think I would go "stir crazy".:dance:
