Hi dmb.

Payday for us today too, :T and like you a big chunk of it goes out on the 3rd of the month to Payplan. What will we do when that no longer happens and it all belongs to us... :think: . Have a go at ebay, its amazing what you have that someone else wishes to buy, and as you say it can make a bit of extra money. It's made me about £120 this month, so that will go towards the savings.

Work again today, its not raining at the moment, but I heard it absolutely raining buckets during the night. ! I did hear rumors that it is going to be a roasting hot summer.....now that would be nice.!:D

Had my hair coloured for £10 :money:at my local college, great result and such a great afternoon, so relaxing, free parking too. Has cheered me up, sometimes i get a bit down.

Have been putting bits into a box to start my ebaying, once son goes off to uni. E52 you are doing so well, you really have inspired me.:T

I wish it was payday!!! We don't get paid until the last day so this seems to have been a very looooong month, another weekend to get through before the wonga arrives. Just waiting on the taxi to go catch my taxi, pouring here as well, hope its drier down south.

Hello everybody, wot appened to spring?! Freezing cold and wet here, not assissted by builders in kitchen knocking holes in walls and doors open, I will not complain ,as the means will justify the end. So put on another sweater and carry on eh? more laundry..... hey ho bye:)

Glad you are feeling a bit better, its hard to pull yourself up when you get a bit down.:sad: So hang on to us and we'll try and cheer you up. we can be sensible sometimes, but I always think if you can have a bit of a laugh, things don't seem so bad. OMG, I sound like Mary Poppins now.!! Where's me brolly.?? :shocked:

I might try our local college and see what they can do to my gorgeous tresses.!!:o Okay, so I have short blond/grey hair, which I colour myself........surely they can improve me.! I have a lady who comes to the house, but she just cuts it about every 6 weeks and she charges me £10, so all in all its pretty cheap anyway.

Get sorting out your stuff for ebay, it amazes me what is or sale on there. I'll be doing my regular trip into the post office again tomorrow. I've got about 9 items ending today and 7 have got bids on them, and I'm keeping all post office workers in employment.!!:T

We got sunshine !!!! and its lovely and warm. Sounds as if you could really do with our weather at the moment, and not the cold wet stuff that you're having. It's marvellous that just when you have building work done the weather plays up. I remember when we had all the windows changed to double glazing, it was November and absolutely freezing. I didn't notice it though........cos I was in Germany at the christmas markets.:rotfl: OH ended up with a shocking cold afterwards.:(

Beautiful day here too when sun came out from behind the mist about 10 ish.
My smallest debtor (£160) has refused my DMP and yet same firm accepted wifes (£90)

How do they decide which ones to accept. !! We have been on our DMP over 2 years, and 2 of our creditors still havn't decided if they are accepting our increased payment, which we increased in January this year.:(
