good morning, (just) grey skies but good drying, so 2 lines out one to go, then prepare for grandson invasion ...little darling. Party last night was brilliant, they are a lovely family, nephew was well pleased with his cake, and i made a box of 21 iced buns and put a note on saying this is what happens when you ask a slightly deaf wizard to arrange a 21 gun salute.
cant help being a bit silly eh? relief about the false alarm nana, and wad, well done you. Off to find cream for two ugly cold sores that have dared to inhabit my top lip bye have a super sunday

    Hi Mrsi.

It sound as if the party was a definite success.!! Well done to you. :T Have a lovely time with your grandson. I'm off to bring the washing in and get the ironing done.

    Good morning everyone

I'm just back from signing on ( not madly exciting:eek: ) I've already had a letter saying I'm not getting any benefits but if I continue signing on they might pay might NI stamp so I might as well carry on. Every week I get is a small step nearer a pension (if they still exist by then)

While I was in town I was bad. Thorntons have really big boxes of choccies on offfer (normally £12 so down to £6) so that will save OH buying me an easter egg this year. They come in a yellow box if anyone wants to look. (The nice man gave me a free sweetie to try while I was in the shop too - yummy):j
As you can probably tell my life isn't madly exciting at the moment and its about to get worse because I have a big pile of ironing that needs doing:(
and then the kitchen looks loke a bomb has hit it so I better get on I suppose.
On the up side the heating is now off (the gas bill arriving happened just at the right time so I am getting no complaints from OH. We are so sad that we were in bed for 9.30 last night and watched TV in bed rather than putting the heating on for an hour.:rotfl:

    Anyway better go
    Hope everyone is OK

CD, you are not sad:A, you are doing the wise thing and trying to get out of your debt......more power to you. If i posted on here the things i do to stretch my benifits you would be sending the men in the white coats for me.

As for that ironing, get yourself a timer and set it for 10-15min intervals, and stop and do something else then go back to it. On bad days i watch tv and iron in the ads. how sads that?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

TW all the best for the dentist, we are all thinking about you.

PDD, thanks you feel my pain.:A

    Hi Guys.

Off to speak to Payplan first.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    Right.....deep breaths......relax, calm down.......cup of coffee.:coffee:

Clydesdale have been ringing on and off for about 6 weeks, we INCREASED our payments when we had our review in January, and Payplan asked for them to agree to the plan for another 6 months. We are still waiting for our offer to be accepted, anyway after much too-ing and fro-ing , they said on Saturday that they will accept out offer for another 6 months. That was it sorted, we thought. :D

On arriving home, the statement from Clydesdale was here, interest added and usual and £12 late payment fee.!! It's paid at the same time every month.!!

Second letter was from Brunswick Collection Sevices, saying that the debt had been passed on to them and we need to ring them asap. Otherwise they are sending the mob around, in the form of representative. !! and all the usual threats. Just let them try....come on...I'm ready for a fight.!! Rang Clydesdale, they won't speak to me.....OH has given them intructions time and time again to do so........Its not on file, so no can do........blood pressure is going up again at this time, I really want to murder someone......ask to speak to manager, supervisor, somebody in authority.......no can do.!!!!!Explained OH out of country.....tough.!! Slammed phone down with gusto. (The only person in this conversation getting angry is Me.) Rang Payplan, they said ignore it, but would need to know who to send payments to, has it been passed to DCA.

So I ring Brunswick.....yes they have taken over the debt......yipee I think, interest may be frozen.....NO we pay over the min payment, so no go.:(

Why did they pass this over after 2 years and 1 month?.....and why do they want to put the frighteners on!!, its bad enough being in this situation without being worrried to death.... Right, rant over now,......I'm in tears....probably with frustration.

Sorry guys....somedays are just s**t and it feels like one of those today. Need a coffee and a biscuit, and a piece of cake, and a bar of chocholate, and a vodka.....:EasterBun
