Then I would just keep paying them, and send the payments on the 26th June as you were previously going to do. They are going to accept the money no matter what you send. Just remember, you have to be fair to all your creditors, and if you have shared out what money you have to pay debts, then there is nothing they can do. ,We had a couple of creditors who would not accept our DMP, but they still kept taking the money every month, and every so often they would ring and ask if we could pay more. The answer was always NO. At the end of the day you are doing your best, and trying to pay something back every month. Forget it all this weekend, and don't answer the phone to them.!!

Yes will defnitely just carry on the way we had planned. The surplus income has been shared equally between our creditors. The HSBC are the biggest as we have 3 things with them, there are only 5 in total. I will ring on Tueday just to see what they offer, but we won't be paying any more that we can afford. Thanks Julie
