I posted this on Ann's thread - in case anyone else wants to start using emoticons, instructions are below:

For loads of good emoticons click this: http://msnsmileys.net Then click one of the letters at the top which is the alpha search for a category- then from this, select a sub category and select the image you want!

Then when you find one you want, right click it and do the following:

    Firefox:

--> Right Click > Select Properties > copy the "Location" URL (i.e.: http://msnsmileys.net/h/smileys/Hoops_And_Yoyo/Hoops_Scared.gif) then come back to your message on here, click this: insertimage.gif and paste the URL location and then press enter

    Internet Explorer:

--> Right Click, Select Properties > copy the Addres and then come back to your message on here, click this: insertimage.gif and paste the URL location and then press enter

Doing the above creates this: Hoops_Scared.gif

    Enjoy :p:p

    Hi Guys,

Not posted for a few days. Things are really busy at work and to be honest I've not wanted to think about the DMP. Just felt like I needed a break for a few days:o
Anyway the HSBC seems to have decided to completely ignore our letters re the DMP. So this morning plucked up the courage to phone. The chap was very nice but asked me to phone back on Tuesday as they are still considering what we they can offer us. He mentioned a management plan which would consolidate the CC/Loan and OD. Don't really know what they mean by this, will ring back on Tuesday. Has anyone come across this before. Sorry to be so miserable but things seem so difficult just now and June is an horrendous month with all the kids birthdays
Anyway onwards and upwards, surely things can only get better.:(

Aww Nanna, its when you see and hear things like that, it puts all this money and debt malarky into perspective doesn't it. But she probably just gets on with life, I know at one time the doctors thought one of our grandchildren was deaf and we wondered how she would cope with it, but children are resillient and take what comes to them, its the parents who worry more I think.:)

HSBC are probably going to try and get you to take on a consolidation loan, as you say for CC/Loan and OD. You will just have to see what they come up with, it may be that they arrange a plan in which they want more money, but don't go along with it. At the end of the day, they can't have what you don't have, and you need money to live a decent life, so don't be pushed into agreeing something that is not possible. After being on our DMP for over 2 years, and have learned a lesson or two, I would not ring them, but ask for everything in writing. It takes the pressure off you, and you can decide in your own time what you want to do. They are going to be looking out for their own interest first, and your needs last.!! Are you still paying them something whilst they are deciding?

Well we are just at the beginning so we have sent token payments and the actual DMP payments we have offered are due to start on 26th June. They have cashed the token payments
