:wave: Good morning everyone......

Its a cold and dark morning....I hate winter. Roll on light mornings, birds singing.....I'll still have to get up early for work, but at least it will be more pleasant to do so. :cool:

Hope you are all okay, and ready for another debt busting day.!.. Work for me for 6 hours, then calling in to Tesco for a few odds and ends, and will try to stick to my very small list of items. Need a couple of birthday cards too, so another small spend there.

Morning All

Off to work, its a fantastically gorgeous morning, sun is splitting the pavement. I must have travelled in the night cos this is the west of Scotland, we just don't get this type of weather, it hasn't really rained this year, which is very very strange as am usually suffering with a bad case of trench foot by this time of the year. Hi everyone

I didn't manage to pop in this morning but am back now so hello to everyone:hello:

I finally signed on on Monday and have been for an appointment with them this mornning. I didn't learn much that I didn't already know (oh apart from if I take a job under 16 hours I can still sign on and get my NI stamp paid)

I didn't get a mooch round the charity shops that I had planned because by the time I had found a birthday card for my cousins 40th and sent it I was so cold that I couldn't be bothered. Mind you I do Thurs mornings at the Cancer Research shop so I will look tomorrow.

Hows everyone doing?Good I hope. This weather is strange cos it is sunny so makes you feel better yet freezing at the same time.

I am being ever so good and frugal because we are having healthy bubble and squeek with the extra veg that I did yesterday (it needed using up) so all I need to do for tea is mush it all up and throw it in the oven. I thought I would just put a couple of rashers of bacon with it and loads of tomato ketchup and it will be ideal chilly weather food:j

Anyway I better go and do some jobs

Quite interesting......one of the celebrities, Larry Lamb who played ?? in Eastenders. (The older guy who got murdered recently) just adapted quite well to living frugally, and didn't attempt to find a job, which is what they were supposed to be doing.!! It's on again tonight, and I think they all have to live with a family each, who are living on benefits.!! See how they cope with that. 9pm on BBC.

I think everyone should have been okay this morning Doris. They assured me it was only virtual drinking, but you never can tell with this lot.!!

Room for a extra one for tea Cuddles?...sounds my kind of tea, but probably without the bacon. I like veg more than meat, but I'm having rice and beans in a sweet chilli sauce. Hubby is away so I can cater for my tastes and have what I like.

Right, just got in from work, so I'm having a coffee, and have received a marriage certificate I have been waiting for, so off to do a bit of Family History.

Just checked our Justabank account, and Payplan have paid our creditors today. That's March's payment out of the way. The money leaves our account on the 3rd and it takes 7 or 8 days until our creditors are paid, why it takes a week, I don't know.
