Seems like the whole point of having the card as proof is to avoid humiliating experiences and arbitrary tests at the side of the booth in front of a crowd of spectators to test how disabled a person is or not

I wouldnt write an angry letter just ask what their company policy is and explain you dont feel like you should have to justify holding the card to ticket sellers.


Aside from that its down to the card issuers to decide who is a holder or not and for how long, thats something else I would not want people to deal with daily.

You are wasting your time, as with some disabled people it's woe is me I'm disabled and the bleedin world owes me a living. Some people wouldn't know discrimination if it came up and bit them on the backside.

I know many disabled people, i even do work for the wish upon a star charity and deal with helping dying kids wishes come true. None of them feel they are 'owed' anything or come across as angry as you.

As someone with knee issues these seats are wonderful. Also the bigger vues have a premium seating system. They are a couple of quid more but you get leg room and really comfy leather seat.
