i don't care about your disability, it's you, the person that appears to be an angry individual.

Deep breaths.................DON'T JUDGE ME, YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO. YOU DONT KNOW WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT I'VE FELT, OR WHAT I FEEL RIGHT NOW! SO FIND SOMETHING BETTER TO DO WITH YOUR TIME, THAN JUDGE SOMEONE YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!!!0 -

Seems like the whole point of having the card as proof is to avoid humiliating experiences and arbitrary tests at the side of the booth in front of a crowd of spectators to test how disabled a person is or not
I wouldnt write an angry letter just ask what their company policy is and explain you dont feel like you should have to justify holding the card to ticket sellers.
Aside from that its down to the card issuers to decide who is a holder or not and for how long, thats something else I would not want people to deal with daily.0 -

telling people to eff off, loads of exclamation marks in sentences. You're right i don't know you and to be honest i'm glad i don't. You seem to be a very, very angry person.
"Oh woe is me, take pity on poor me".
I know many disabled people, i even do work for the wish upon a star charity and deal with helping dying kids wishes come true. None of them feel they are 'owed' anything or come across as angry as you.
Ivrytwr3 are you some special type of person who know what went on and what happened at a certain time/place to a disabled person or are you just a pra**

Well, by some of the comments on this thread, disabled people should just stay at home and stop whinging. They shouldn't hope that public facilities provide reasonable adjustments so they can enjoy activities like everyone else. And if they point out difficulties, they are complainers, playing the disabled card, wanting special treatment, etc.
Going to the cinema is pretty much agony for me, because I can't sit still, there isn't enough leg room, even if I sit at the end of an aisle (and if I sit at the front I have to look up which hurts my neck.) If there was a way I could have leg room and not kill my neck, I'd be thrilled I could go to the cinema, which was something I used to love to do.
Some Vue cinemas have the aisle running across the middle of the cinema (the one at bolton does). You are sat far enough back that you dont have to look up and have about 10 feet of leg room. As someone with knee issues these seats are wonderful. Also the bigger vues have a premium seating system. They are a couple of quid more but you get leg room and really comfy leather seat.0 -
