Orange used to allow you to suspend your contract for up to six months. Not sure they do now though. You simply continue your contract when you return. I'd give them a call and explain the situation.0

TBH, I would just clear off and forget the contract.
This would not work the other way around, as the UK government would be only too pleased to extradite you back to the US at the most feeble of requests from our masters across the pond.
IIRC, Orange would only have six years to track you down and get you to acknowledge the debt. So lay low for a bit. lol0 -
hey think when u past certain date in a contract u can reduce it so phone asap and check see if you can bring it down now then maybe again at later step. wouldnt tell them u never coming back as theyll think theyve got nowt to lose by not being generous with you. check with more than one customer service person cos orange murder for changing story get names etc too to confirm what they saying.0
