I don't know why you said about "I bet you'd never hear us townie types say something like that" .... I didn't get that bit.

Sorry, what I meant was because you live along way from anywhere, you say "there's not one of those round here", and for once you've got something I don't have. I'm very jealous. Especially of the herb foccacia. Hope you had a lovely night in.

You are a very naughty boy chucky.

carolt, if you've got wireless at home and chucky suggests doing anything involving the F2 key, step away from the keyboard...

Rubbish photo, small. But it's like this. There are two in the packet at £1.49 and they're in the chiller.

Really nice and soft they are!

I'll have one for lunch tomorrow... and one for tea. So that's me sorted for tomorrow.

On the few occasions that I've been to an Aldi - I can get to one but it takes effort - I've been really impressed by the quality of their foodstuffs. I have tried their pizzas (lovely) and also their stuffed pasta (very nice). They also do nice cakes and thankfully cheap and healthy veg. I will def try the focaccia next time I get to one.

I've gone back to the old look again. I've still got a thanks button, so whom should I thank? Oh, I know!
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Went for a drive past *the house* this evening. The board outside now says "sold". :)
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Lucky Lydia! That's super quick. Ours sat as ''for sale'' till completion.

Poor little cat was sick over night. and now we've seen his poop he certainly needs a vet. He is so brave nd resistant I can't help but love him. emotionally distant and aggressive cats are like the same sort of men..curiously addictive, but cats are better for you.

Mean while, outside is so beautiful this morning that we were like kids out there. When we viewed here, before the hay was cut and other animals arrived, there was a lone deer, which is beautiful but very sad. I didn't see her after the animals came which is sad, I thought the dogs had probably scared her off. This morning, for the first time, I saw two deer. I hope one of them is her.
