    I know what you mean. It took me two years to realise a friend of mine was Asian, and seven years as a child to realise my mum had a disfigurement, in fact it had to be pointed out to me. You just see the person, and past what might for others be issues.

    Checking out boutique hotels to write about - found one that said "Cowshed spa". I genuinely thought this was an outside cowshed with a hot tub in it or something ..... then I twigged. It must be some 'posh named stuff'.

    Just been drifting along, far too tired to join in this erudite conversation, but I agree, it's great to have lir back. :)

    ....And we are waiting for our first egg! It might be a Welsummer's, or it could be a Vorwerk's, but either way it's DW's, as she does all the drudge work with them. :o
