I would have attacked it with a knife by now...as in putting blooming great holes in the lid.

Or I wait for someone to open it for me, give up waiting and then put blooming great holes in the top...or just give up and never buy it again.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Sounds like me Sue. Our tin opener packed in but I found that hacking the top with one of my kitchen knives did the trick.

It's where we are nice to each other.......so a welcome change and a chance to show that we are not just about discussing house prices and the economy and that we are also human.

Ok not quite hugs but pretty close to it.

*By the way, shush, I'm not really here but dad went out to the kitchen and left the latop unattended and I could not resist just jumping on here! I'll be caught soon.......

Possibly if you have to ask that question, you're in the wrong place.

Read on, and if the answer becomes apparent, then welcome!

If it doesn't, then you probably were in the wrong place after all.

Hope it all becomes clear soon. :)

    BTW, the answer was Capricorn.

Me and Cleaver can commiserate (or possibly compete, if we're true to form)...

Horoscopes - only fopdoodles believe in them!

Well, it feels like that to me too, but the fact is that there are intelligent people who do believe in them. So although I'm still convinced that horoscopes are piffle, I accept that believing in them doesn't automatically mean that someone's irrational. After all, I'd like atheists to accept that I can be intelligent and rational and believe in God, so it cuts both ways. :D
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)
