Must admit, some of my friends (and especially my ex husband), found my interest in murder etc, very strange and weird.

Even stranger, I'm the sort of person who doesn't like violent or scary films...in books, no problem, in films...nope.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Our potatoes weren't earthed up enough and all caught the late frost. :(

I've lost a few bizzy lizzies, oddly the ones in the shelter of some bushes. Th lobelia and the othe bedding plants seem to have survived being in the open.

anyway, haven't heard from mortgage surveyor yet. everyone apart from me seems to think its totally a given the mortgage valuer will see what a great bet it is....

Like mine, I'm sure it has potential. ;)

In my case, I'm just not sure what kind of potential. This week, it feels like it has the potential to kill me off.....80 tonnes of soil moved so far!

My username is a fictional serial killer, which in turn is based on a real serial killer. No interest in that field myself, though I do love horror movies of the 40's and 50's.

This thread is nice isn't it. :)

Just out of interest why did you pick it?

LIR loving The Chicken Tales.....I think you should submit a draft to a sunday....a weekly column could bring in a bit of extra £££.

If anyone is interested...last week was just the worstest ever, this week is full of annoying interruptions....like block rental viewings when the agent has misled the viewers....so they come up expecting a bargain and leave disapointed. Most think I am barking living here too....and said it to my face

The RM descrip is a laugh.....so after having no less than 8 strange families tromping about last night (plus 3 prior) it isn't let. Others don't seem to share my artistic appreciation of rust..it is everywhere.
So another one on Sat am give me strength.

Then @ 7.45 am 'phone rings and made me get out of bed...assumed OH...but no, a shocked VIP buyer from A Major Dept store group thought she was 'phoning our 'Head Offce' and was going to leave a message.
...now between me and you guys, what's the first thing you want to do when you get up? Yup....a pee.....so did I or didn't I whilst on the 'phone?

Poor you :( Take care misskool. ears are beastly things. Mine get blocked to, and because of the nuerological rubbish and perforated eardrums I can't have them syringed. Olive oil NEVER works for me. The fizzy stuff does, but not really meant to use it and it can hurt. Ears blocking and hurting (I get nueralgia) are the main reason I avoid the phone. when I use it at home I always opt for speaker over using the actual handset.

Massaging around the sinuses and up the side of the face towards ears from side of mouth and nose towards ears helps me a little.

Take GOOD care of yourself. BTW I've been wondering how your project is progressing!

I feel outside loos should be one of the rare things left as is as they remind us of times gone by. :D

They're not a great selling point though as this property proves. Called 'Thunderbox Cottage,' it's been on the market for ages:
