This is absolutely ridiculous, the letter still hasn't been delivered by royal mail!:mad: This is the message that appears on their website

    "
Item XXXXXXXXXXXGB was posted at 5 Chancellor Pas E14 4PA on 05/06/10 and is being progressed through our network for delivery. "

All the time the 40 days that NatWest have are ticking! Do I need to give NatWest more time? Or should I re-send the letter?

    Hi there

    Hope your well.

This have happened to me as well and it went on for days, in the end I rang the Royal mail who confirmed it was delivered.
    Annoying that it happens though........

Give them a call tomorrow if you can, good luck.:)

    Missing SARs follow up

Called RM, they essentially told me to call back if the system has not been updated within 15 working days!

Old hag wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to say!

    Update re: PPI

Also got a letter from Natwest re: PPI claim, they wrote to inform me that the investigation is still on going and that they will write back to me in 4 weeks! So just have to sit tight and hope for the best, I doubt they will complete the investigation any time before the 4 weeks are up - I can see this going to FOS! Oh well!

    Niddy / Di

RM have screwed up the letter I sent a couple of weeks ago, thinking of re-sending the letter Mon/Tues. Question is, do I give Natwest more time considering they won't be receiving the letter over 3 weeks after they wrote to me?

If I do give them more time how much more time do I give them and how do I extend it?

    Thanks
