Am doing well on the money side - don't need to take any out this week, and am putting in 80 saved from pound coins and £2 coins into my savings as part of holiday spends.

Other things havent been so good....but hey...

I'll be round to rob the house later, if you could just leave the jar on the side so I dont have to look around for it.

PS. I promise not to pinch the TV

I don't think you'll want the pot, it's got coppers. And the boyfriend might stop you either through snoring or the smell of his socks/work boots. I'll be fine :)

Have sold 2 items on ebay, and bought some essentials with the money, so keeping it neutral. Still have 3 on there to sell, so we'll see.

Went to the gym, then went for a walk. Got some bits for Pint and none for me! (yay)
Was naughty yesterday and got a BlackBerry, but only paid 50 due to 147 on trade in for my old phone. Well worth it as the phone is really easy to use :)

    Food diary....
    B - cornflakes
    S -banana
L - 1 celery, 1 carrot, 2 bits of ham, 40gms coleslaw and an apple (maybe? might have the apple a bit later)
S - mixed nuts and raisins
D - pork chop and salad.

Also, have got books out of the library and done my reading for uni tomorrow...aint I organised.

Also wondering how long it'll take me to get my savings to 1K (mainly student loan and grant to get me through til Oct, but some of it's holiday spends too) Wonder if I can keep money in there!

Moved some money into my savings again....so it's just over 900, but that does have to last til late September AND get me through two holidays and a trip home.

    B - cornflakes
    S - banana
    L - 1 celery, 1 carrot, 1 apple
    S - raisins and apricots
D - 1/2 gammon steak and salad (moved from last night)

Have been pretty good and I think it's starting to show, Pint's friends GF said my tummy was getting smaller, so I'm chuffed. Weekly weigh in tomorrow so we'll see the damage then...hopefully I'll be below 80!

Also, round-up for the month....time to reset targets.....
    Debts paid off: Three (yes!)
Gym: yes, 2-5 days a week (dependant on whether I'm on holiday or not)
Spinning classes: Yes! And I might start a Saturday morning one
Debt total: 1986 (yay! Below 2k!)
    NSD's: 19!
    No choc days: 14 - well 15

    Targets for next month:
Get no choc days to 20
    Get at least 15 NSDS
Go to spinning on Monday and Saturday
Go to gym 2-5 times a week
Don't buy any clothes (except a new gym tee)
    Put money in savings
    Keep up £2 savings
    Save change
Get that weightloss down to a stone and a half - 21lb!

    Have a confession...

My BMI was 30.3, which put me as obese. I weighed 82.6kg at this point. I had already lost 5kg and was getting more down about it. I joined the gym and I think it and the healthy eating is working.

I have a second admission.....I am bulimic. If I ever eat too much, I drink and drink so I can be sick. I know I am ill, but right now it is my only way of coping. I am trying my hardest to not let it get to me, and have managed to binge on 3 mights this week (which is an improvement from 7) I have changhed my diet to fit with my gluten and lactose intolerances, and by getting rid of this I am trying to beat the purging I feel I must do. This upsets me greatly, as I had been free of this for 18 months. For the last 5, I have been pigging away and puking as much as I could in secret. I told Pint last week, but he had already suspected as much. I know I cannot carry on like this, but I need to get through til my exam (20th May) and then I will be going to the GP and asking/begging/pleading for help (I will book the appointment for later the ame day) I'll have 4 months off uni, and I can start to try and get better.

Right now I feel like crying, this is a BIG admission for me. I am trying my damn hardest to keep away from foods that I can use to provoke a purge (choc, any wheat, anything with milk in) but sometimes it is useless. I am trying to plug a big hole in myself that nothing else feels, and it does feel good. I do feel good when I'm being sick or I'm planning a binge, I feel good until afterwards, and then I feel like I am the lowest of the low.

Please do not judge me for this. I use my diary and the DFW weight loss threads to monitor my eating. I know I miss meals (in actual fact I ensure I throw them up) but I am trying to get better and to get through the bad period. I know I need to seek help, but I can't yet, not yet.

Went and got my haircut - don't need that done til September now (it'll go messy and I'll get annoyed, but I'm not paying 26 quid again for a looooong time!)

I took out money but never spent it, so it went back in the account and the majority back into my savings to keep it healthy.

    Food diary for today:
B - hash browns (didn't get to have brekkie at home - oops)
    S - banana
L - small portion of scrambled egss, small portion of baked beans
