No NSD for me as I've gone home for the weekend. Really wanted to get away and to see my family as I go away to Finland in just over a week (11 days and counting! I'm so excited!) and just wanted to get away what with the palaver at home. Also gives me time to rest and sort my head out as much as I can. Well, I'll try to, I just feel so so much better for being at home, it's amazing how a change of scenery and being around people who want to see you can help! Am going to try and have Friday, Saturday and Sunday as NSD's, so went to Lidl and got some popcorn and coleslaw and some tinned fruit to keep me going until Monday (if there's any left, I'll make up a lunch before I go to eat on the train - that's if I manage to keep much down, as I'm still feeling pretty sick for no reason...kinda weird really)
Next week's targets:
Look at weather for Finland
Pack
Weigh case
See if lappy will fit - if so, it's coming with me
Get plug convertor for lappy/MP3 player charger
Use up stuff that needs using before I go away
HC clothes I want to take, and bedding on the Saturday
Try and stay up as late as poss Saturday so I sleep longer Sunday
Check in for flight
Print boarding cards
Flylady flat
Find coach and plane tickets/confirmations
Talk to nalle and arrange him meeting me** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

Quite a good day so far, have been sleeping a lot as I think I need to after being ill. Still can't eat a lot so I'm not going to push what I can and can't keep down....have eaten a banana and two rice cakes with coleslaw and ham....will give a salad a try this evening and see how I do. Nice being home, I just like being here and it's really helping me get my head together.
