Morally then yes the money is still owed by you and him to his parents - it wasn't them who cheated on you

But the fact is he cheated and had it been me he would have been writing his claim from his hospital bed to me in jail where I would be after removing his manhood with a blunt spoon... Did I mention I have strong views on fidelity? :rotfl:
Let HIM settle the debt with his parents say I!
In fact I'd say an awful lot more about suitable actions in my view but I think they'd be sensored out
