    So he has cheated on you,(with your best mates sister!) and is trying to take you for cash that he isn't entitled to? He sounds like a nice guy!!

    Morally then yes the money is still owed by you and him to his parents - it wasn't them who cheated on you :)
    But the fact is he cheated and had it been me he would have been writing his claim from his hospital bed to me in jail where I would be after removing his manhood with a blunt spoon... Did I mention I have strong views on fidelity? :rotfl:
    Let HIM settle the debt with his parents say I!
    In fact I'd say an awful lot more about suitable actions in my view but I think they'd be sensored out ;)
