  • Ouch MFD, do you know how you've done it? Hope it's not too painful.

God knows. It just started hurting when we were at the supermarket earlier, I wasn't pushing the trolley so I dunno. I have a wheat bag on it at the moment but it doesn't seem to be easing. Perhaps a little wine might do the trick?

My hair needs cutting too. I had it done in early December. I dye it myself so will do that in the next few days but it needs a good inch off the length.

I am hunting for a pressure mounted curtain pole for my landing window - anybody got any ideas?

Ran a red light (only just) mind but I had a copper behind me
It was one of those should I or shouldn't I go situations and I hesitated and then just went so he pulled me over when I was in the car park. I nearly died but I said Jack was crying and I knew I had run the red light cos I hesitated and I was really really sorry and so he let me off! PHEW
When I opened the door and he said 'I have to tell you anything you say will be taken as evidence..............' I nearly pooped myself! :o

Soooooooooooooooooooooo the money I saved on the ticket I bought some new work clothes :rotfl: another 4 blouses and a very trendy waistcoat

    Sorry ladies RANT ALERT!!!

I just went upstairs to put bubs to bed i could smell something really strange a burning smell so i investigated. My son was in my room watching a dvd and the smell was deffo stronger in there so i asked him what he had been doing and i got the usual "nothing mom". Anyways i then said have you been burning something he said "no" so i continue with the dont lie to me i know you have been burning something now what was it and where is it by now i am fuming. He just stood there lying through his teeth so i lost my rag and said if he didnt tell me i would smack his bum until i got the truth he still denied it so i smacked him ( a short sharp one on the bum) well he then told me he has been setting fire to cotton buds and putting them down the sink in the bathroom. I cant believe he would be so stupid ive tried explaining to him he could set the house on fire and potentially hurt one or all of us including himself. Ive sent him to bed. I really hate myself for smacking him but this is so dangerous. I'm not sure what to do now is sending him to bed enough or should he get some sort of longer term punishment what would you do?

AS a side note this isnt a one off i have caught him trying to burn things before in the kitchen but that was months ago and i thought we had got our point across obviously not!
