    agh! narrow miss just now...

Señor Grumpypant was grumbling, so I think, "oh crap the Tesco man is supposed to be here any minute and I don't want him all wailing while trying to sort out the groceries." So I pick him up to shush him and two minutes later am absolutely covered in baby milk vomit. So I think, "oh double crap, I'm covered in puke. Finn's covered in puke and I just KNOW the Tesco man will come RIGHT NOW." So I mad rush to change Pukeypants and the first outfit I grab doesn't fit him so I have to change him again, all while I'm still covered in baby sick. I put him down on his playmat and rush to grab a new top. Put on the new top and then realise that top is a bit boobalicious so I have to take it off, put a vest top on underneath and re-dress. Then I sort out my jeans which luckily can just be dabbed off.

Then Crankyboy is obviously tired and he just puked all over his usual blankie. So I think, "Tesco man is definitely going to come now because I need to put him for a nap and he's super grouchy." So I grab a different blankie, praying it works, wrap and bundle him off to his cot where he pretty much conks out, puke-free.

And Tesco man still hasn't come. PHEW.

There is no moral to this story other than I've been thankfully spared by Sod's Law THIS TIME.

But he's been puking and coughing an awful lot the past few days so I wonder if it's a manifestation of whatever sickness I've got :(.

H only had 4oz of milk yesterday so he really will be losing so much weight. He kept down the re-hydration fluid down easy. He still has really bad diarrhea today but has already kept down 4 oz of milk so it looks like he may feed better today without being sick. I just wish he could keep it in the other end now. Once again i have got to cancel his jabs for tomorrow. He is so far behind now, He has only had his first one.

it is really strange i had sections with both boys one grade A EMCS one Elective and both times i have never been sad or disapointed that i didn't give birth to them naturally. Other people keep emphasizing it and say how sad they are for me and how disapointing it was for me. They used to ask me am i upset about it.
They seem to think i should be sad about it but i am not i don't know why i am not, i guess i know it was the only way they were going to born healthy. Ds1 would not be here today if i hadn't had the section. I went though labour i know at least what that was like but i guess i just had a great midwife and docs that talked though it with me after and My midwife said to me it didn't matter how i had them, i am their mother therefore i did give birth to them.

Sorry you have stong feelings towards it all SS i hope you can talk it though with someone and come to terms with it.

SS I wonder if it's possible those feelings would leave if you didn't have LO2 in Germany??
